Meet the Press: Meet the Obama Groupies

"Seasoned Professional" Andrea Mitchell, Obama's "Sweetie" at NBC News; Another Day - Another Liberal Bias Story
Andrea Mitchell, senior Washington correspondent for NBC, projects a mature and intelligent image, a person in the know who reports the straight poop having spent years in the Nation’s capital building her contact and knowledge base. Unmasked, she is a committed leftist, Obama sycophant, and gossipy snip who skillfully drops insinuations and innuendos to trash those on the other side of the political axis from her ideology. If there was ever a reporter Barrack Obama should call, “sweetie,” Andrea Mitchell is the real deal, a big ticket, fancy limousine, Obama girl. Her quick little shot with absolutely no legitimate support at John McCain confirms her leanings so beautifully. You could say she leans so far left she fell for Obama!

Media bias takes shape on many levels. Perhaps one of most noxious for its power of suggestion rather than direct head-on reporting is the nuanced insinuation. In what follows, no Obama officials are quoted. The game is once again not what is but a judgment of what might be based on the reporter’s individual bias. The contrast between Obama’s approach at addressing questions posed by Rick Warren before his Saddleback congregation and John McCain’s showed how the candidates were worlds apart not only one the issues but in how they viewed leadership which showed in the contrasting style of their answers. Obama intellectualized and rambled speaking mostly in the abstract. McCain was direct, specific, and forceful even suggesting he would march to the “gates of hell” to catch Bin Ladin. That comment set up the following exchange between NBC’s White House Correspondent, David Gregory, and Senior Washington Reporter, Andrea Mitchell:

Mitchell: ….. you know, there was the crisp, immediate, forceful response by John McCain, clearly in a comfort zone because he was with his base. And Barack Obama, taking a risk in going there but seeing an opportunity. And a much more nuanced approach. The Obama people must feel that he didn't do quite as well as they might have wanted to in that context, because that -- what they're putting out privately is that McCain may not have been in the cone of silence and may have had some ability to overhear what the questions were to Obama.

David Gregory: Right.

Mitchell: He seemed so well prepared.

Andrea, sweetie, (Obama calls female reporters “sweetie” so we thought you’d like it too) just one small thing, we had to put our sunglasses on so we wouldn’t be blinded by the fawning sparkle in your eyes marveling over your hero Barrack Obama, but you’ve been around Washington a long time. Could you help us understand how you sourced your story? How do you know how the Obama folks “must feel?” Is there some objective journalistic truth that could stem from this conjecture. Furthermore, sweetie, you must have some good inside sources as you suggest what the Obama “people” are ‘putting out privately.” Gee, it’s not too private if you know about it. Do you know about it? Or is this one of those “must be” scenarios.

Folks remember this is the same network that there are nameless sources suggesting Michael Phelps must be using performance enhancing drugs to achieve his memorable feats. The facts, ma’am, just the facts. NBC must accept the responsibility that their job is to report the news that means telling the audience what is not what must be, not what somebody thinks might have happened but what really happened as observed by specific named sources, and by telling the complete story not just parsing what you want us to read. NBC is the worst established network for extreme left wing bias. There is almost NO TRANSPARENCY that they are shills for the Obama campaign though now that Disney has made the Mickey Mouse decision to use ESPN to promote Obama’s more human side escalates the whole situation further when entertainment programming has become completely politicized.

FOLKS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A WELL-INFORMED CITIZEN TO SHOP THE MEDIA AND REFUSE TO TOLERATE THEIR LIES AND INUENDOS. You can be a solo voice singing in the shower or join with us at Right Minded Fellow and together we'll form a chorus of thosands of voices who will be heard.
