If you don’t like your boss, Barack Obama’s administration wants YOU to sue their asses. That’s right – if you don’t like your boss, they’ll even set you up with a lawyer on a contingency basis. They describe this as part of their “Middle Class Initiative.”

That Barack Obama would support such a thoroughly ridiculous policy is very revealing. First, it embraces that the employee/manager relationship is inherently adversarial. This notion is the fundamental assumption of Marxism – the dialectic between those who control the means of production against those who do the producing.

According to Labor Department statistics, over 40,000 employees call each year with gripes about their bosses but because of budget constraints (in Obama language that means the government is not spending enough money) only 10% receive service. Thus the administration is working with the American Bar Association (ABA) to provide a toll-free number to connect the grievous workers with lawyers where typical issues supposedly often deal with minimum wage, overtime, and family medical leave. The administration’s pitch states, “a new effort between the federal government and private bar to assist complainants who may need help with worker rights.”

The absurdity of this system is beyond belief. For all the pressures put on business by government mandate which especially hit hard on small businesses on tight margins struggling to survive, this confrontational legalistic Marxist approach, introduces the high probability of frivolous lawsuits which no matter how lacking in merit can still run up tremendous expenses in legal fees in defense of such idiocy. The history of this administration has thrown some lip service to the plight of small businesses but in reality nails them to the wall such as working to comply with Obama “care.” For the world of organized labor, such provisions of how to handle such disputes are handled by the labor bureaucracy while such companies have legal departments for the explicit purpose of dealing with such assaults. With this in mind, this law clearly targets non-union shops and where are most of the non-union shops – among the ranks of small to medium businesses. Even before the Obama administration, no Federal department has more lawyers other than the Justice Department than the Department of Labor.

Clearly most employee/management disputes are communication problems. Only in the rarest instances are employers purposely or knowingly acting illegally against their employees. Often employees might feel ill-prepared to address their supervisors, not know what to say, or simply have an attitude which translates into blame against their bosses. Larger companies have human relations staffs which help provide a nonthreatening stage which helps provide constructive intervention.

The bottom line is if workers feel they are being treated unfairly, it is there responsibility to put up or shut up. The tough question is are they truly committed to doing what’s expected of them or are they looking for loopholes to leach off of their employers because they do not possess positive attitudes toward work and have personal values with a strong work ethic.

Employees who are not being paid minimum wage, do not receive overtime, or are forced to do things that are contrary to labor law surely deserve justice. Perhaps some stage of mediation would be appropriate. Often it would simply be clarifying to the employee or maybe the employer what the appropriate guidelines are. To immediately call out the heavy artillery of the legal system is a dreadful overreach, Marxist philosophy in its most basic form.

So if this were necessary, how about this? If the employee loses his case, then he will be held responsible for reimbursing his employer for the employer's legal fees and time spent in preparation for the initiated legal proceedings?  The possibility of abuse and frivolous lawsuits cannot be underestimated.

Obama Targets States Guaranteeing Workers' Rights Against Union Intimidation

Perhaps the most stunning wide-reaching efforts of the Obama administration is the extent to which they function as tools of organized labor in the United States. The Union wish list and Obama labor policy are one and the same.  Consider how the unions were given ownership stakes in General Motors and Chrysler in the auto-industry bailout over the legitimate contracts of debts to be settled by those owning bonds in the companies leaving their financial stakes out in the cold. While the so-called stimulus program has done nothing at all to help small businesses, much fortune has been devoted to creating government union jobs.

Anyone who can clearly see what organized labor has contributed to the American economy in the last 50 years, we see a malignant cancer that has destroyed entire industries while forcing the lion share of manufacturing jobs overseas. In the interest of cynical short-term gains, unions have not only destroyed once mighty industries, but they have forced millions of union workers to the unemployment jobs settling for employment that could never come close to what would have been reasonable compensation for the jobs they once held had the unions not priced their wages and benefits out of sight.

Not just excessive wages are the problem but the real onerous burden unions have stuck society with funding are their legacy costs -- pensions and insurance benefits which keep union workers basking in high cotton for the rest of their lives. Not only are the benefits extremely generous in compensation and benefits granted, provisions that provide for ridiculously early retirement after often around 25 to 30 years of service, productive workers go from contributing to the economy, albeit it a very high cost, for the goods and services they produce to a financial burden threatening the financial stability of the corporations and municipalities where they once worked.

When looking at the eminent downfall of the economies of financially strapped states including California, New York, and Illinois, the burden of funding pensions with such such perks as exceptionally liberal and generous cost-of-living adjustments, the wretched greed and shortsightedness of unionism stands naked in the breeze. Only through bankruptcy can corporations get out of crippling contracts -- but if demeaned "too big to fail" we see how GM and Chrysler retirees remain living high on the hog not even having to do a little belt tightening that EVERYONE else has had to endure to some measure.  Having liberal state governments allowing unions to gain binding arbitration where an arbiter can commit the tax payers to finance union demands contrary to what the state (the feeble supposed representative of the electorate) intended.

Clearly, where the Democratic party, essentially the labor movement's political arm, is deeply entrenched, those states will become financially strapped, raise taxes, screw businesses, and drive wealth, both personal wealth and entire corporations to move elsewhere. Manufacturing companies including many overseas companies are more than happy to set up shop in right-to-work states, but the old "rust belt" manufacturing states continue to fall to pieces.

Despite the 2010 election demanding frugality and bucking union desires, the Obama administration and the Democratic party are still hell-bent on destroying a worker's right to vote to accept or decline union representation through their card check provision. To compel a worker to vote on the spot in clear view of union organizers, such workers are subject to severe intimidation and retribution if they don't follow union mandates. History has shown unions seldom give any regard to following the law whether its what recently happened with snow removal in New York after last month's blizzard to the kind of violence that they inflict on independent truckers any time there is a truck strike.

Some bold states have declared enough is enough. They will make it a basic right of citizens as part of their constitution not to be subject to union intimidation, but the Obama administration will have no part of it. Certainly once again using the primary tool of the radical left to impose the reach of government through misapplication of the commerce clause, they seek to prosecute or persecute those states just as they have with states who attempt to protect themselves from the ravages of illegal immigration.

Is not a government controlled by labor one of the most well established definitions of socialism? Yet, the media in the administration acts as if those calling the President a socialist are guilty of hate crimes.

America must stand up to organized labor with Ronald Reagan as our inspiration. Their thorny grip on our society must be destroyed.

The Dufus is Done

After observing Scott McClelland in action during the last administration, did anyone think there could ever be a more smug arrogant dullard  to serve as White House Press Secretary, well leave it to the O-blunder administration to come up with a worse candidate, one who instead of cowering, has a smirky smart-ass streak too him and unlike his predecessor, was working for what should be a sympathetic audience given the liberal bias of the Washington press.

Alas, the dullard dufus has found it time to move on. Regardless of party affiliation, these fellows don't last long under the White House Press Corps's bright media glare, and to think he was fortunate enough to have the little bad witch from Lebanon, Helen Thomas, be forced to retire earlier in his tenure. Having to face that cranky old bitch would have been enough to irritate a person with the strongest nerves of steel.

To think that the Obama administration feels the public's attitude toward him and some of his policies were because his program wasn't explained well enough. Does this make Gibbs the fall guy? Mr. President, it sure goes beyond the dork who was thrown to the wolves with note pads, Blackberry's and bad attitudes each day while it does seem true McClelland helped facilitate a very negative attitude against George W. Bush and that that little puke was enough of a scum to write a misleading tell-all book upon leaving his post. Our advice to Mr. Gibbs, please don't write a book, just go away. We'll develop a distaste for your successor quickly.

In truth as irritating as Robert Gibbs was, it's not the messenger that we most despise, it's his message. Remember, don't let the door hit yah where the good Lord split yah.

O-Blunder Just Does Get It --- Global Warming???

Conventional Washington wisdom suggests that if an administration wants to deliver unpopular news, do it when nobody's paying attention. Such would be the case between Christmas and New Years particularly when much of the eastern United States is dealing with digging out from a huge snow storm dumping around two feet or more of snow in the New York City area. 

Given the unusually cold weather in the closing months of 2010 and the heavy snow storms, there is a cruel irony that the Obama administation seeks to go full speed ahead on pursuing global warming legislation while it has been more than hinted he'll also attempt to use the regulatory processs where the Congress might fail him as well.

Which scientific experts should one believe?  Or is it I can't believe what my lying eyes see? The problem with the environmental policies emulating from the political left is that its so hard to see the true environmental issues for all the socialistic and geopolitical agendas which get imported into the process. The aim to setup global authorities which at least by treaty would have authority over national governments and that the free enterprise private economic systems are clearly in their gunsights reveals the true agenda -- redistribution of property and wealth.

Any attempt to legislate or regulate environental matters must be seen against the broader context on whether it is truly an environmental issue being dealt with in policy conistent with our constitutional republic and economic system or if it is an attempt to use the environment as a pretext to engage in eonomic and social re-engineering.

False Accusations Concerning Funding & the Obama Creed: If the Truth Hurts, LIE!!!

Barack Obama is a shameless liar. The issue this time involve charges that campaign ads run by the US Chamber of Commerce for Republican Candidates are being funded by foreign interests. Such comments were pronounced by the President when campaigning for the mercurial gubernatorial candidate, Martin O’Malley, in Maryland.

The President told the crowd, “So groups that receive foreign money are spending huge sums to influence American elections, and they won't tell you where the money for their ads come from..” Political dirty pool, in American justice the burden of proof is on the accuser; however, in the hands of greedy dishonest politicians, the game is played just the opposite to attempt to muddy the public’s opinion of a candidate who seemingly has done something wrong and thus would be expected to clarify the issue with the proper statement. Case in point, examine the cynical stunt employed against California’s Republican candidate for governor, Meg Whitman, by agenda driven, media hog lawyer, Gloria Allred in support of Jerry Brown’s campaign regarding issues surrounding an illegal alien employed by the Whitman family employed through a legit employment agency who obtained employment through presenting false documentation. Whitman was setup and screwed by Allred, yet the stunt moved the polls at least five points in Brown’s favor.

The Bible for political action for Democrat campaigns is clearly Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals where the ends always justify the means and the personal destruction of opponents is but one tactic in pursuit of such ends. Alinsky’s work has been the backbone of Obama’s strategizing since his community organizing work in Chicago.

That Barack Obama is so adverse to the Chamber of Commerce continues to support just how radical he is. The Chamber is a pro-business group that promotes programs and policies beneficial to economic growth. They are not a partisan group, but generally support Republicans whose positions are more advantageous to free enterprise. That Obama has a long record of going right after the organization and demonizing them in his speeches reinforces just how hostile Obama is to the commercial interests of our country as if profits and commercial growth are wicked goals. In fact, they are the basis for a growing and expanding economy. Is it any wonder the economy is so weak right now and business is so reluctant to pump up their activity?

Rush Limbaugh Causes a Stir Calling Obama “a jackass.” ABC correspondent, sets up the topic as if he understands the mindset of Limbaugh listeners and can presume their feelings stating:

Derision of the president on his program is nothing new, but Rush Limbaugh’s tone today may have struck the ears of regular listeners as particularly disdainful, taking his contempt of the president to a new level.

Disdainful? Oh really? We’ve gone on record calling him an “asshole” and thought that was being charitable. Particularly in the context of discussing Obama’s economic policies nd desire to tax the rich, El Rusbo is right on target.

Obama's Self Pity Reaches New Extremes

Barack Obama has clearly become totally unhinged in addition to everything else he's done wrong or has failed at accomplishing. We are certainly grateful when he fails to accomplish his agenda for almost everything in it is dead wrong. However, now has he not only gotten to where he cannot defend his policies or speak to the issues, he's resorted to personal attacks on the Minority Leader of the House. If he engages in fingering pointing, he will lose.

More disturbing is how he is selectively trying to reinvent his biography. This would be a DANGEROUS mistake as there is so much in his background no one bothered to cover in the first go around. Didn't we see enough of how political the issue is when in observance of the Islamic Holiday of Ramadan last Friday, Barack Obama stated with absolute certainty that he was behind the Mosque project completely. Then the next morning, smelling the political backlash, the President tried to say something different trying to have it both ways. The public saw that waffling for what it was, political calculation and a lack of conviction.

Americans would almost have to be living under a rock not to have seen first lady Michelle Obama and her daughter, Shasha, took an elegant vacation in Spain. While the White House quickly pointed out that the Obama family covered her travel expenses, they can’t hoodwink the American people into realizing how much money in logistics, support services, and the Secret Service our country spent on two members of the first family enjoying the royal life in a five star hotel. While surely the first family deserves vacations and getaways, the symbolism of this is pure arrogance.

While the left-wingers surely will bring up the alleged amount of time George W. Bush spent on “vacation,” his getaway was typically his ranch in Crawford, Texas where all his executive functions could be faithfully executed. The cost of the President staying at his own ranch was relatively low compared to some of the more exotic destinations his office could afford him. Also, after the 9/11 attack, President Bush realized that signs of living the grand life would send out the wrong message to the American people. As such, he refrained from such things as playing golf. When First Lady Laura Bush travelled internationally, it was always in support of such things as women’s rights, literacy, and attacking the AIDS epidemic in Africa.

Since the Obama’s have taken power how often have we seen in the news media ever careful to attempt to enhance his image has provided us with a cavalcade of imagery of the first couple living the life of opulence – date nights in New York, serenades from Paul McCartney in the White House, “date” nights, whooping it up with sports and entertainment figures, and travel, travel, travel. Meanwhile, some reporters going the extra mile performing a little due diligence are also showing us the price tag. Granted, in terms of the overall Federal budget, it might be chump change. Symbolism means everything. The President sets the tone for the nation and helps set expectations. At a time when millions are out of work, others are facing financial hardship, and many more are waiting for the other shoe to drop as Obama’s radical agenda of Federally controlled health care, higher taxes on small business owners and entrepreneurs, seeing the First Family living footloose and fancy free on our time is at very least a vulgar display of insensitivity. It also smacks of a very aristocratic sense of entitlement which is even more insulting.

Another argument is that the First Family should be left alone in political discussions. Fair enough up to a point. Surely, a president’s children should never be thrown into the political debate unless they are old enough to enter the fray to do so at their own choosing. The First Lady is a little more problematic. Some clearly define their roll as outside the political circus – surely that was the case with Laura Bush, Barbara Bush, Roslyn Carter and most first ladies before the era of feminism. Others such as Hilary Clinton and Nancy Reagan conspicuously threw themselves into the action. There can be no mistake whatsoever which option Michelle Obama has chosen. As such, her public behavior, choices, and demeanor are all fair game.

Meanwhile fashion designers worldwide are gawking at the prospects to wardrobe Michelle Obama and bloggers like Right Minded Fellow cannot resist the opportunity to run a story on her $540 Lanvin sneakers. Designers Jason Wu, Calvin Klein, Oscar de la Renta, Isabel Toledo, Narciso Rodriguez, Donna Ricco and Maria Pinto, the priciest elites in the business have clamored to serve as her clothier. You’d think being from Chicago, she’d at least opt for Air Jordans which aren’t quite so pricey.

The picture of Michelle Obama might be appealing to the fashion industry but to working America, it is of one arrogant elitist bitch. Even when she takes on a cause like childhood obesity, some comes across as condescending and dictatorial. Follow her statements and speeches, one hears the constant angry liberal theme, one of American society being cruel and nasty. Listen to her speak of her background whether it was from her family origins, far from poverty or how she felt ostracized as a black female student at Princeton, she speaks the language of class envy and racial victimization. One seldom hears Ms. Obama speak in glowing or positive terms about anything. We could describe her as the “First Whiner.”

How does this all add up?

Michelle Obama is fair game. Her public behave should and must be used to a strategic advantage to help further promote the narrative of what Obama-nation is all about. Her values and behavior demonstrate clearly exactly why the Obamas’ conduct goes far beyond their policies and politics in destroying the respect and aura the White House should have as the symbol of just, fair, and strong American leadership. We have two self-absorbed elitists, a stridently radical narcissist President with an aristocratic mean-spirited bitch as his partner. We must show them for who they truly are and use it to help turn our country back in the right direction.

Not all the media has been hoodwinked by the latest Obama overindulgence. A Day of Mourning

Steeped in the ideology of Karl Marx, liberation theology, and corrupt big city machine politics, the very center of American power would be corrupted and disfigured throwing the nation into an unimaginable debt and ending historic programs where American technology and know-how led the world including manned space travel. The effects would be bold on the nation's social order polarizing social classes, ethnic groups, and the races while promoting lawlessness particularly along the southwestern border.

Yes, August 4, 1961, Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, and soon his march on history would begin. We should mark this day in solemn reflection of what our society could be and the tremendous challenges ahead to put things back on course and return power to the American people.

We must commit ourselves to the thorough destruction of the Obama administration and its influence on American life.

Another 100 Days: The BP Catastrophe

One hundred days ago, an oil rig operated by BP (British Petroleum) sprung a leak and exploded. For weeks, tens of thousands of gallons of crude oil gushed into the Gulf of Mexico fouling beaches, destroying habitats, shutting down businesses from fisheries to tourist attractions. What is clear to the public which eluded the Obama administration, citizens and businesses saw clearly, an environmental catastrophe of historic proportions was spreading out of control. Equally obvious was the how clear it was that the response from BP and the Federal Government was dreadfully insufficient, lacking urgency, priorities, and organization.

Barack Obama and his top officials appeared tangled up in webs of bureaucracy blind and insensitive to the realities along the coast. The President showed more concerned with policy and finding targets to direct blame often to obfuscate attention from his inadequacies. BP, particularly its chief executive, Tony Heyward, proved to be the absolute worst example of an irresponsible, unresponsive, self-serving corporation. The world will not soon forget Hayward's comments about how the amount of oil leaking was so small compared to the vastness of the Gulf of Mexico or how he wanted the problem resolved so he could "get his life back."  It didn't help matters to see how often the President was playing golf, engaged in lavish entertainment events such as a White House serenade from Sir Paul McCartney while the BP Chief was shown engaged in a prestigious yachting event.

The bottom line is between Obama's conspicuous incompetence and hubris and BP's corruption, the job has never been done effectively in a time effective manner. Some attempts looked like nothing more than desperate trial and error. Meanwhile the oil kept gushing, the oil's damage to sea and shore worsened, and lives were ruined. Local leaders, particularly Governor Bobby Jindell of Louisiana and Haley Barbour of Mississippi, worked decisively to get results despite being caught in the crossfire of the Federal Government Bureaucrats and Corporate Stooges.

We are told most of the oil flow was disrupted when a cap over the well shaft was installed. No visible emissions are apparent at that location. We are also being assured that the construction of a relief well that will completely shut down the distressed facility is progressing and should be accomplished within the next couple weeks.

While this news is welcome, it's only a fraction of what needs to be done. The disaster recovery will last for years with some damage that might be considered permanent. The extent to which this disaster has disrupted the region's ecology could take months to assess. Meanwhile, how are the marsh lands to be revitalized. What will happen with contaminated fisheries and spawning grounds? Restoring nice sandy beaches will be the easiest and most visible fix, but we cannot allow such photos to disguise far deeper and more serious problems.

As the visible damage wanes, when there are no longer pictures of a well gushing and bubbling oil and aerial shots of huge pools of oil on the Gulf of Mexico's surface, the coverage becomes less dramatic and hence less urgent for the news media to continue to cover. In the weeks ahead, the problem will be largely out of sight and hence out of mind.  We cannot let this happen. The effort must continue until the damage is fixed. Likewise, every BP official, every involved subcontractor who overlooked safety requirements must be held responsible and prosecuted. The tales of shortcuts taken and and procedures not being followed are damnable. Additionally, the extent to which the Obama administration dropped the ball in its response must be fully exposed, naming names, and those who have not discharged their jobs responsibly will be held accountable. Likewise, here is a prime example which proves Barack Obama is incapable of providing the kind of leadership to deal with real problems in real time. The ideological or policy response means nothing.

We are not approaching the end or a time of celebration. The first one hundred days are only the beginning.

Obama Snubs Boy Scouts in Favor of the New York Media Glare-- Scouts 100th Anniversary

How far has Barack Obama turned our culture upside down? What could be more all-American and Presidential than addressing the Boy Scouts of America’s Jamboree or showing up as a guest on a catty television talk show for women?

The Jamboree is the biggest event in scouting held once about every four years. This year, the scouts will celebrate their adventures at Fort A.P. Hill in nearby Virginia. The catty talk show is “The View” where aside from Elizabeth Hasselbeck, the hostesses will be fawning all over him. The Scouts invited the President to be their keynote speaker. Naturally, the White House did not say its decision for the President to appear on "The View" was the reason but rather a fund-raiser.

The decision to appear on “The View” speaks for itself. The excuse, a fund raiser, shouts even larger as Obama is clearly the most crass political President the country has ever known. His shunning the Scouts also helps reenforce his reputation for having contempt for essential American patriotic institutions and rituals.

One Year Ago...

On August 22, 2009, America learned once and for all any talk of Barack Obama representing any kind of post racial thinking was akin to the Orwellian big lie when he was questioned about Harvard Professor, Henry Gates, an Obama associate, being arrested by highly esteemed Cambridge, Massachusetts police officer, James Crowley for creating an ultrication when Crowley was sent to the Gates' residence to investigate a possible breakin. Obama indicated that the "Cambridge Police acted stupidly." He then lectured the reporters on why blacks don't trust white cops. Quickly as the truth became known showing how out of line Obama's remarks were, a "beer summit" was arranged in the White House garden where the two parties would have a beer with the President to kiss and make up, a tailor made photo op if there ever was one.

The episode provided the first direct evidence to many Americans what Obama's racial thinking was all about and confirmed that which more astute observers had felt at least since the Jeremiah Wright scandal exploded in the 2008 campaign. Since then, a series of events including the necessity to fire Green Jobs Csar, Van Jones, the dismissal of the election harassment charges against New Black Panthers who intimidated voters at a Philadelphia poll, supporting contentions about trumped up racist charges against the Tea Party and more not only revealed Obama is far from post racial but could in fact actively promote reverse racism.

The Cambridge Police saga also gave America a look at Obama's character revealing him as a meanspirited, petty, and narrow minded figure quick to give into stereotypes and rash judgments in stark contrast to the image of how brilliantly deliberative and intellectual he was supposed to be.

As bad as things looked one year ago, could we have imagined Obama would be seen with such contempt for his misdoings a year later. Those of us who tracked him since his initial Senate run might see it as a revelation of what he's always been all about. For others, many feel duped that they have been purposely misled and deceived by a two-faced politician and an all-too sympathetic press.

We pulled our posting on the Shirley Sherrod posting. While she certainly harbors some values and beliefs we find abhorrent, her prompt dismissal by the Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack was an example of politically motivated railroading if there ever was one. The initial posting widely circulated was a snippet taken out of context perhaps using the same “gotcha’ technique the democrats and its supportive members of the media resort to way too often for the sake of character assassination.

For good measure, we did not source our posting based on Brietbart or Fox News. While we find their regular news coverage is generally quite acceptable on an issue like this, we felt another source not as actively involved in some current issues involving the NAACP, race, and manipulation by the Obama administration would be helpful. We used The Christian Science Monitor.

All this reveals some very troubling issues. On this issue, could perhaps Fox News or Brietbart be guilty of jumping too fast without doing sufficient “due diligence” on this story? Absolutely, this is the consequence of the 24 hour news cycle where news sources are so quick to get stories out perhaps some need to age a little for being dead on sure the story is presented in the right context.

In recent days, we’ve seen the NAACP use race as a wedge to attempt to destroy the Tea party movement demanding they make public statements denouncing racism among their ranks. Media reports of true tea party members exhibiting racist conduct have NEVER been substantiated. Yet when Mark Williams of the Tea Party Express wrote a satirical letter pretending to be the NAACP writing Lincoln about abolition, a very idiotic and senseless work of trash, he and his faction were immediately banned from the Tea Party – to the extent there is central authority to do so in the Tea Party.

This week a story broke that showed there was an active conspiracy among journalists who setup a website that orchestrated pro-Obama coverage seeking to quash the Jeremiah Wright issue and brand any Obama critics as racist.

The extent to which left wing sources are lashing out with charges of racism establishing in essence any objection to Obama, his policies or positions, are racially motivated simply because he is the first African American president has clearly become such a widely used tactic it amounts to the boy crying wolf or screaming “Fire” in a movie theater.

The whole issue of racial divisions and real problems are being trivialized. Once a sure fire way to demonize an opponent and do irreparable, identifying a person as racist now has become a new version the old “Do you still beat your wife?” intimidation. It becomes difficult for responsible public figures to advance their agendas and policies when they must answer to charges of racism regardless how false and scathing they are. Knowing how quickly the race card stirs up emotions, the left is well aware of this and uses it as yet another hateful tool in their arsenal of dirty tricks and filthy tactics as their methodology supports that their ends justify whatever means they can generate to get the desired result. Fundamental human decency, civility, and the truth quickly become casualties to power hungry corrupt political operatives who use Saul Alinksky’s Rules for Radicals as the framework for their operation.

Clearly, the notion circulated as Barack Obama rose to power as being a “post racial” person is a classic Orwellian big lie, but it’s clear how much this mythology helped bolster his campaign and sell his appeal to the gullible media drenched public. The Obama presidency now halfway through its second year has proven to be one of the most openly divisive mean-spirited and hateful administrations, perhaps the worst in American history, and surely in modern essentially free nations throughout the world since World War II. The Obama administration, the kingpins of the legislative branch, and much of the mainstream media is quick to use any means to demonize those who don’t accept their politics, values, and rhetoric faithfully and unquestioningly.

The affairs of the last few weeks has added tremendous fuel to the opportunistic left’s efforts to further divide the country into victim groups using identity politics to attempt to sucker in converts to their cause. Meanwhile, commentators, news sources like Fox News, Brietbart, Matt Drudge, corporate executives, or anyone who can be classified at the hateful rich continue to be painted as the villains responsible for everything wrong with the country as if all companies were as irresponsible as BP. Wall Street is used as a label to describe the enemy in their warped frame of mind. Never mind that they have plenty of corrupt businesses that they kowtow to for a stream of incoming funds.

Against these issues and the current political and mass media landscape, it’s time for people guided by principle to stand up and assert themselves. Whether people in influential positions speak up in proper public forums or regular citizens step forward in Town Hall meetings, local municipal functions, or just conversations with friends and family, all of us who appreciate how badly the very foundation of our culture are threatened, must speak out. We must understand the promise of the Declaration of Independence and how our laws and government are built upon the foundation of The Constitution. We must attack media outlets that mislead us and lie about the affairs of state. Do not watch network or local news that demagogues the issues. Cancel subscriptions to biased newspapers and magazines. Refuse to purchase products from corporations that engage in crony capitalism or function in unlawful and unethical way as against the public good.

We cannot let race divide us. We’re all just people. That a person is of a different race should matter no more than their hair color, height, or any other innate visual quality. Contrary to what the Obama radicals believe, at heart, at the essential level all Americans are far more alike than they are different and most will do the right thing if properly educated and motivated.

Barack Obama: How Race and Other Issues Reveal Why His Efforts Must Fail

July is usually a quiet time for national news but a week after the nation celebrated the 234th anniversary of its independence, at what time in our history has our nation been threatened and the promises of the Declaration of Independence put in such peril than under the corrupt, incompetent, and radically doctrinaire conduct of the Obama administration supported by the reckless and crassly self-serving political conduct of the Senate under Harry Reid’s leadership and the House led by speaker Nancy Pelosi?

The essential promises of limited government and self determination, the pursuit of certain inalienable rights, are systematically being corrupted, denied, destroyed and turned inside out by a President who is completely disconnected with what being American is all about spending much of his formative years overseas only to ally himself with the most radical elements of academia before plunging into the wicked and corrupt world of Chicago machine politics. Whether by upbringing, intent, or calculation, Barack Obama is an anti-American extremist set on destroying the people and institutions that maintain our unique and free standard of living.

Piece together the puzzle and it would be reasonable to conclude the Barack Obama and his administration, particularly Attorney General, Eric Holder, have an implicit anti-white particularly white male agenda where white men, and to a lesser extent white women, who do not belong to a labor union are either neglected or exploited for their ability to pay for his extravagant spending programs if their means can be sucked into some “tax the rich” or stick it to private enterprise scheme.

Here are the pieces to the puzzle we’ve seen recently. First, the extent to which the Administration has attempted to demonize and exploit Arizona’s efforts to deal with the upheaval illegal aliens have created throughout the state rendering parts of the state virtually uninhabitable. When Arizona first attempted to pass legislation to coordinate its efforts to deal with illegal aliens coordinated with Federal law, the administration was quick to scream, racism while on the Sunday morning news program schedule, it became clear the Obama officials had not read the legislation and truly had no idea what it contained. This week, the Obama administration filed an injunction to overturn the state’s law in Federal Court.

The administration chose not to prosecute members of the New Black Panther Party engaged in voter intimidation at polls in Philadelphia during the last Presidential election. Party members in uniform brandished weapons and shouted taunts at voters entering the polling place. Meanwhile, ACORN had been involved in registering numerous illegal voters who the Panthers essentially provided cover for through their tactics. J. Christian Adams, a former Justice Department prosecutor provided shocking testimony of how his office had the case wrapped up against the Panthers to where all was left for the judge to issue sanctions at which point the Obama administration pulled the plug. In the course of these revelations, the implication was clear – to the radical Obama regime, voter intimidation is defined as white against minority behavior. How convenient is it that the behavior of the black-supremacist New Black Panthers forwards the Obama agenda?

Written into the financial “reform” legislation the Administration and Capitol Hill leadership has rushed through includes policy receiving almost no press coverage creating diversity czars, an Office of Minority and Women Inclusion in all levels of Federal finance agencies including the Federal Reserve in an attempt to radically politicize these departments using the race card to forge their anti-white, anti-free enterprise agenda. This issue was largely revealed by a Wall Street Journal Editorial. In an arena where the absolute best, most competent, non-agenda driven, unbiased professionals are needed, once again, Obama’s forces are attempting to transform the status quo and reward their adherents.

In a queer sort of way, the announcement that making Islam feels good about itself for its historic role in math and science as the highest priority at NASA rather than any technological or mission-stated accomplishments plays right into the racial tactics of the administration as well. Is there any reason NASA needs specifically to reach out to the world of Islam to be successful. Surely, cancelling the mission designed to replace the Space Shuttle program which will end the United States’ ability to put manpower into low earth orbit after the next two Space Shuttle flights have concluded moves our nation from the leader in space exploration to largely that of a spectator.

Can it be any clearer in the second year of the radical Obama administration that the idealistic talk of movement toward a “post racial” society and that Obama himself was the embodiment of the end of racial division in our society was nothing more than an agenda driven smokescreen?

Strip away rhetoric to the contrary. Look at the behavior and the results, how could a President be any more divisive than what Barrack Obama’s efforts have proven to be? Whether it is his cynical, calculated efforts refusing to effectively enforce immigration law while demonizing Arizona a anti-Latino racists, the constant refrain attacking various professions and statuses which would appear to be the domain of successful white men, or supporting radical black factions or even going so far as appointing some such as Van Jones, a confessed Marxist, the true agenda is one that uses division as an exploitive means to attempt to get certain factions to lock in support in the game of identity politics.

It’s not like the American people didn’t have plenty of warning before voting for such a detestable and dangerous figure even with such fawning admiration and idolatry from the mainstream press who could not completely keep the lid on Obama’s association with figures like Jeremiah Wright whose profession has been feeding on exploiting racial division or William Ayers, a major figure in the radical movement of 1960’s committed to the destruction of the American system and capitalism as we know it.

When one thinks back to Rush Limbaugh’s admission he wanted Obama to fail, all right thinking Americans must surely unite behind a determined stance that Obama policies and attempts to re-engineer the architecture of our country must fail too. The American people must recognize that Barack Obama isn’t simply a poor leader; he’s a very dangerous President who must be rendered incapable of pushing his agenda on even a small scale. His dangerous policies have completely destroyed the financial stability of our country selling our future to the likes of the totalitarian interests of the Chinese and Saudi Arabians, radically extended the reach of the Federal government, shown gross favoritism to organized labor as so clearly demonstrated by how General Motors and Chrysler were nationalized giving favor a tremendous controlling stake in the results, destroyed the manned space program, and weakened America against its enemies. When leadership was required to deal with a national disaster, the administration proved itself incapable of establishing and executing effective action to control the BP oil well catastrophe. Where government action is required to resolve dangerous situations from the Arizona border to the gulf coast, Obama’s incompetence, lack of experience, and clouded vision blinded by ideological not pragmatic thinking result in dangerous situations becoming historic crises. Our nation will be in extreme danger until Obama is removed from the Presidency in the 2012 presidential elections. In the meantime, changing the power balance of congress, using the court system, non-violent revolution, media saturation, and outright defiance will be required to stop the most dangerous President in United States history whose promise of transforming America has shown alarming results so far – some by design and some by not being capable of dealing with situations where effective Presidential leadership is mandatory. Think of how the Gulf oil catastrophe will transform our future.

Obama's New Mission for NASA: Now We Know What's More Important than Manned Space Flight

How much proof do Americans need that the Obama agenda is hell bent on running the greatness of the United States into the ground. His recent decision to abort, Constellation, the manned space program in motion to replace the Space Shuttle program which closes up shop later this year takes America from the world’s leader in space exploration to a miserable also-ran in just a matter of weeks. Now he has set the bold new mission for NASA, better relations with the Muslim world.

Did you get that? Better relations with the Muslim world?

Obama appointment, NASA administrator, Charles Bolden stated: "When I became the NASA administrator -- or before I became the NASA administrator -- he charged me with three things. One was he wanted me to help re-inspire children to want to get into science and math, he wanted me to expand our international relationships, and third, and perhaps foremost, he wanted me to find a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science ... and math and engineering,"

Whatever happened to commitment to explore new frontiers, develop new technologies, and further man’s understanding of the earth and the universe?

It’s hard to be American and not feel horribly embarrassed and short changed by such stupid decision making.

Thoughts About Our Next Supreme Court Justice

Elena Kagan might be a nice person but her presence on the Supreme Court will serve to further solidify and perpetuate the ranks of the Liberal wing of the Supreme Court replacing a 90 year old justice with one who at fifty years old could serve on the court for decades to come.

Face the inevitable, Elena Kagan will be confirmed. No matter how radical some of her positions are, there is no smoking gun that will persuade enough Senators to block confirmation. So once again we see the confirmation ritual played out where members of her party throw her a bunch of hugs and kisses disguised as questions while the Republicans attempt to get her to state for the record her stance on red meat issues which she has been well-prepared for dealing with and skillfully replies with friendly non-answers. The exercise serves as much as an opportunity for Senators to enjoy their free television time on cable news and CSPAN to preach to their choir adding little more than a lot of political hot air to the debate.

There’s plenty about Kagan’s background between her roles with both the Clinton and Obama administration and her tenure at Harvard to raise concern. Among other things, she helped the Clinton administration support late term abortion. She identified the National Rifle Association as a “bad guy” organization along with the Ku Lux Klan. As Dean of Harvard Law School, she attempted to keep military recruiters off campus for their alleged discrimination against homosexuals based on her perception of “Don’t aks, don’t tell.” She wrote: “This action causes me deep distress. I abhor the military's discriminatory recruitment policy.” Between her service as White House Counsel for Bill Clinton and Solicitor General in the Obama regime, she has been part of the policy making inner circle where all indications are her roll was consistent and uniformly far left oriented.

While they are engaged in the confirmation ritual whose results are already known, all the Democrats on the judiciary committee will vote for her while perhaps a Republican or two will extend a conciliatory vote, at least they’re not hard at work on idiotic environmental climate taxes or other ways to dig the country deeper into to a more debt.

There’s got to be a better way, but anything that keeps the Democrats from advancing their agenda is a good thing.
