The Obamacare laws are such a huge albatros, the notion that the system created simply needs some fixes is ludicrous. When examined in totality. It is the ultimate manifestation of Chicago Politics transfered onto a national stage. Its foundation, reward friends, punish enemies. As the following physician's revelations demonstrate this is exactly what Obamacare does when over 700 waivers have been issued largely to tight political associates of the administration and businesses who have strong voting bases that cannot be alienated.

It's Time to Fight Hard Before It's Too Late

NO LAUGHING MATTER: The Terrible Troika
Right Minded Fellow cannot conceal something – I absolutely despise the terrible troika, Barack Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi. It’s one thing to talk about issues. Plainly put, their brand of socialism is un-American. Go back to the founding of the Republic and understand that the basis of our society is one of LIMITED government. The whole thrust of the Constitution is to protect the sanctity of individual freedom and that checks and balances are not only established to keep the national government in line, but the roll of states is essential.
With the attempt to seize control of the nation’s medical system, we see an attempt at overt denial of limited government and that the notion of requiring individuals to buy something simply for living in the United States is absurd. We do not deny the feds have some roll in medicine but not to run and control it. This is where it gets personal. There is no denying the American public overwhelming does not want Obama-Care. We’ve seen the legislation loaded with special giveaways to gain key legislators’ votes. There are also sellouts and giveaways to special concerns who are either part of the troika’s strongest contributors or those who need favors to be bought out to gain support…as in trashing Medicare advantage for AARP. As such, the legislation is thousands of pages long loaded with huge increases in the size of the Federal bureaucracy and additional departments and agencies that once implanted become as overwhelming as an infestation of kudzu.
The notion of the elected leaders is that they shall represent us not rule us, to lead us not to compel us. How many more ways can the people of the United States make it clear, we do not want the complete Federal takeover of our medical system.
The special interest groups that have this unholy troika’s attention does not represent America, they represent narrowly defined special interests often at odds with the greater public good. Why should labor unions have more influence on the medical system than the doctors whose expertise the system depends upon?
Never before in American history has the national government in one sweeping move attempted to so overwhelmingly change the one of the most fundamental aspects of our day-to-day lives, our health care.
Looking at how this troika conducts its business is so patently offensive to a free and intelligent society. Who doesn’t get the sense that they are implying “we’re doing this because you’re not smart enough to know what’s good for you”? What do we make of Nancy Pelosi imploring her colleagues if we want to see what’s in the proposal let’s pass the measure and then we’ll see? How can we trust the Senate when several Senators apparently needed some special consideration written into the bill as provided by their Majority Leader Harry Reid? How does the public accept the manner in which the President of the United States has talked down to the public while questioning the morals of those who oppose him?
This means war. It’s time for nationwide civil disobedience and all-out protest. Where ever shall the terrible troika travel they shall be met by angry every day Americans insulted to the core by the outrages the troika has thrust upon them. They must be held to account and criticized viciously using all available forums – town hall meetings, public gatherings, the broadcast media and the press. The message must go out loud and clear, those who support Obama/Pelosi/Reid are enemies of the people subject to massive public scorn and rebuke.
From the end of World War Two until Ronald Reagan’s vision took hold, we fought the growing tide of world socialism. We ended the cold war against a system where an all powerful government collapsed upon itself.
The terrible troika are not simply political figures with whom we disagree, they are the enemy of the American people, our way of life, our Constitutional heritage and must be dealt with accordingly.

Medicare Physicians Face 21.2% Cut in Reimbursement Monday: Serious Threat to Seniors and Disabled

WHERE'S THE NEWS COVERAGE ON THIS??? THIS IS EXTREMELY SERIOUS!!!
SERIOUS WARNING: FOR OVER 43 MILLION AMERICANS WHO RECEIVE MEDICARE, CUTS IN DOCTOR PAY THREATENS THEIR ABILITY TO FIND AND RETAIN DOCTORS QUALIFED TO PROVIDE THEIR CARE.
If anyone honestly believes the current party in control has any consideration for the health and well-being of American citizens in their attempts to nationalize management of our country’s health care system, YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN, RIGHT NOW!
This is not a discussion of the big health care debate but a focus on one particular issue that demonstrates clearly, they simply have no idea of what’s involved in health care and why there are so few qualified physicians in many fields and geographical areas.
Moving forward is legislation that would cut what doctors receive as reimbursement from Medicare by 21.2%. Yes, that means for every five dollar they have been receiving, they now get $0.79. For Medicare recipients, elderly and disabled, who need primary care physicians, the search can often be futile. Meanwhile, the number of those in need keeps rising if for no other reason than currently practicing doctors find they are not being paid enough to sustain their practice when dependent on insurance payments from Medicare. Right now, the House voted to suspend the cut; however, the SENATE DISMISSED EARLY FOR THE WEEKEND FAILING TO TAKE ACTION.
VERY IMPORTANT: This cut in doctor’s pay is not part of the big health care bill for which Barack Obama staged the White House “dog and pony” show yesterday. This cut is part of current law which ties physician reimbursement in with the overall state of the economy. Unless Congress acts, the cuts take place effective Monday, March 1. A provision to prevent this reimbursement cut to go into effect had been part of the recently passed jobs bill, but was removed. There was one recent instance where Congress could have but refused to act.

Our attempts to research this matter have been extremely difficult. We heard a report on the Fox News Network and then went to work searching the Internet. There are various blogs on the subject but almost zero hard core news coverage.
Let’s be real, a pay decrease greater than 20% is significant. Doctors, particularly ones in private practice, face tremendous overhead to operate their operations not the least of which is malpractice insurance. It is truly getting to the point where doctors can’t afford to continue to practice medicine or at very least given the awesome responsibilities, high stress, and uncertainty about the future of the nation’s health care delivery system, the kind of intelligent hardworking people who are talented enough to become doctors have far better income earning potential elsewhere.
Put this another way, does anyone really want a cheap doctor?
Doctors should be paid well. Their income should be great enough that the profession attracts very smart, compassionate, hardworking people. Look at how the number of American born and raised people is not going into medicine and how much we depend on people from overseas to come to America and become our doctors. While we should be proud to be able to extend the American dream in a very important career to come to America and contribute in such a crucial profession, we don’t feel we are being prejudiced to suggest a profession that relies as much on interpersonal relationships as medicine where the doctor and patient have common experiences from which to build a relationship, that the doctor can understand nuances of discussion, we need good American doctors.

It's not just the poor pay physicians receive from Medicare, but by agreeing to participate as a service provider, the doctor agrees to all kinds of restrictions and rules that he must apply uniformly to receive reimbursement where the slightest deviation from the unyielding regulations can lead the doctor to being charged with noncompliance and fraud.
Sadly, right now, we need doctors, period, and the bar for what qualifies for entry into the profession is falling when adequate pay is not forthcoming.
Beginning Monday, big changes are in the wind that will absolutely harm the quality of medicine for those who require Medicare coverage. Good health care isn’t cheap. Who wouldn’t love to have other options than Medicare? The sad reality is most of us when the time comes do not have that choice.
Medicare is a mess RIGHT NOW. More and more patients are not having their needs met. The number of Medicare patients is about the skyrocket as baby boomers reach retirement age. One mantra of the current medical system proposals suggests Medicare for all. It’s bad enough seniors who’ve worked all their lives or disabled citizens who through no fault of their own must endure these horrors. We must fight for those citizens to get effective compassionate care. We further must fight to make sure this kind of disaster is never extended to the population at large.

Our Congress has setup an environment where the system is so bad that even the most compassionate highly motivated people cannot continue to practice medicine.
What is Most Transparent in Obama Arrogance

On the subject of Health Care reform Barack Obama stated: "I want Republicans to soul search."
Come on now. No matter how much the two parties are miles apart on how to deal with this country's medical system, how dare he suggest the Republican position is not one of concern and arrived at with much though and deliberation especially given it is clear the Republican position favors more choices for patients and less government mandates.
The Obama and Democratic approach seems to be one of providing mediocre medicine for all where the Republican approach is people should be able to get the best health care they can find while looking for ways to find private sector solutions to the fullest extent possible to help those who can't obtain worthy health insurance.
When we consider the sellouts, setasides, earmarks, and special provisions contained in 2,700 pages of legislation where labor unions, for instances, get privileges not granted the rest of the population, one has to wonder where the ethics and regard for good health for all is.
So who needs to soul search, Mr. President?

Obama Political Organizers Target Conservative Talk Radio – Plan Blitz Strategy

Conservative talk show producers must be bouncing back and forth between two opposites, “Oh God, not again!” and “Bring ‘em on. We’ll devour them.”
Politico.com reports The Democratic Committee’s Organizaing for America has started a campaign to take on conservative points of view by bombarding talk shows with Obama organization seeks volunteer callers indoctrinated to carry the load for their talking points. The introduction on their website lays down the challenge:
"The fate of health reform has been a focus of debate in living rooms and offices, on TV and online -- and on talk radio. And since millions of folks turn to talk radio as a trusted source of news and opinions, we need to make sure OFA supporters are calling in with a pro-reform message.”
For the record we attempted to log on to “Organizing for America.” It quickly diverted me to www.barackobama.com where upon there is a huge pitch for joining the organization and contributing. The link to move on to the informational postings is buried in the lower right corner. Once again, the viewer is hit up to join and contribute. The overall tone is very typical of the language used in organizing campaigns the kind of stuff union members would be familiar with having seen communiqués from their unions. There’s nothing of substance just the same old same old talking points. WE COULD NOT FIND THE RESOURCE ON TALK SHOWS. It is reasonable to assume, that is a members only benefit. Surprise, surprise.
The users are given lists of radio shows that discuss political topics, the ability to listen live, and phone numbers for those radio stations. Additionally they supply talking points, essentially a script, for potential callers to use when the topic of health care comes up.
As if listening to the leaders of the far-left of the Democratic party doesn’t yield enough scripted robotic responses full of the usual broad sweeping statements, mischaracterizations, and lies about their opponents’ contentions, now we’ll get to hear from the virtual universe of folks from all walks of life who subscribe to the radical viewpoint, some of whom we’ve quoted and characterized in recent postings. Surely, it will be no surprise that so many people have no ability to engage in critical reasoning or advance beyond "fill-in the blank" reasoning.
We have total confidence this strategy will backfire. Talk show hosts and listeners recognize scripted responses. It’s amazing to see the meltdowns and fireworks that ensue when the host either interrupts or asks even the most obvious follow up questions. The responses basically fall into categories like, how many words can you use to say “duh?”
Our primary source of information for this posting is from Politico.com, Ben Smith’s column. http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0210/Obama_campaign_arm_focuses_on_talk_radio.html?showall

Barack Obama: What's the Difference Between a Broken Promise and A Lie?

How much more evidence do you as an American citizen need to realize what a chronic liar Barack Obama is?
Currently the future of America’s medial system is being crafted behind closed doors attempting to meld the thousands of pages of legislation passed by the House and Senate with representatives from the Obama administration present.
On at least ten separate occasions, Obama explicitly told his audience that the health care negotiations would be broadcast on CSPAN so the American people could see who’s looking out for them and who’d be selling them out to insurance and drug companies. Well, we already know a lot about the selling out process and by whom. None of this can be blamed on Obama’s political opponents as the Republicans have been shut out of playing any active roll at all in crafting or advancing the legislation which puts the government in charge of all aspects of the delivery of medical service.
The bottom line is the 2000 plus page Senate bill is in the process of being combined with the 1700 plus page House bill with an end result of serious destruction of health care, higher taxes, more government control, and greater bureaucracy.
We’re finding all this out without needing to watch CSPAN.
Let’s be perfectly clear on what this effort for the government take over of medicine is all about, GOVERNMENT CONTROL. Politicians can use our health as a tool to gain votes in the future and what lends itself better to the politics of fear better than our health?
If this were such a great humanitarian enterprise, something that at heart was a good and moral effort, why is everything being kept so secret? Why is this measure being rushed through without time for the public much less the legislators to have time to consider and study the provisions? Why are the bills so long unless they are laden with special provisions designed to satisfy special interests and to buy votes from potential naysayers?
This is American politics at its worst, and that the President of the United States is proving to be such an absolute liar is the ultimate symbol of how corrupt the whole process has become.

Mayo Clinic of Arizona Cuts Medicare -- Shape of Things to Come

The Mayo Clinic of Arizona, touted as having a superior model for high quality yet cost effective medical treatment, announced it will no longer serve Medicare patients. This is not only an embarrassment to President Barack Obama who cited the institute as an exemplary stating last summer, “(The Mayo Clinic offers…) the highest quality care at costs well below the national norm.”
To continue to do this, the Mayo clinic must sever its relationship with Medicare, medical service that has over 45,000 subscribers dependent on it for their care funding. The medical profession cannot accept Medicare without suffering financial loss. As such institutions like the Mayo Clinic and private doctors are increasingly turning away the senior population and disabled citizens, the segment of our society most in need of health care, as they cannot sustain the financial impact.
The following article from Bloomberg.com details the Mayo Clinic’s decision along with broader issues relevant to this dangerous reality.
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aHoYSI84VdL0
This story is disturbing enough given that the Baby Boomer generation is rapidly entering their senior years; however, given the rush to have the Federal Government assume health care management, the threat to all citizens needing medical attention becomes much more crucial.
It is incumbent on all of us to understand these issues and demand our elected officials keep the government out of destroying the best health care in the world.

The Senate Medical Mandate: Treacherous and Malicious Deception as Means to an End

American politics has seldom revealed its absolute worst instincts as what the Democratic leadership in the Senate showed in its efforts to secure the necessary sixty votes to pass their version of government takeover of America’s medical system.
For whatever the plan intends to accomplish, all provisions are mired in a spider’s web of special provisions, exemptions, and qualifiers each one carefully crafted to satisfy a certain special interest, appease various concerns, or buy the votes of possible nay voters.
In 2009, the Louisiana Purchase is the amount of funding in special Medicaid money to buy Senator Mary Landreau’s vote. Nebraska was granted Medicaid funding exemptions to secure Ben Nelson’s vote. Michigan and New York Blue Cross and Blue Shield have been exempted from a tax that will be imposed on all other 48 states. Florida gets special treatment being able to maintain the current Medicare Advantage program that is being obliterated for recipients elsewhere.
Follow a maze of clever manipulations and now abortion becomes a Federal entitlement while there is language in the bill that would indicate the contrary.
Taxes and fees are imposed right and left, often in deceptive ways so politicians can claim not to have raised taxes on the vast majority of voters. Well, their pay stub might not show the damage, but their cost of living as these costs will be absorbed into the cost of all kinds of goods and services will be extreme.
Further, as Medicare races toward insolvency as baby boomers reach retirement age, image this, the Senate intends to fund what they call health care for all by cuts in Medicare. They say most of this will be through eliminating waist and fraud.
If waste and fraud plagues Medicare which provides health care for only our aged and disabled population, imagine the scope of it when the whole country is involved.
Sift down the 2000 plus pages of favors, giveaways, qualifications, exemptions, and legalese there is nothing that changes medical service for the population with the possible exception of some aid for those with pre-existing conditions.
Now that the dirty dead was done at 7:00 Christmas Eve morning, the bill must be reconciled with the house bill which has its own treachery and march toward socialism in its mandates.
Isn’t it fascinating to note how much both houses have attempted to keep as much of the crafting of this legislation hidden behind locked doors? What’s the big rush? Could they be afraid of what would happen if the public had the time to study and respond to the provisions of this hateful legislation? Why so many late night and weekend sessions? Could it be there is less media and public scrutiny available at these times?
We should remember what candidate Barack Obama said time after time how he promised a bipartisan approach to what he called health care reform. Everything would be crafted out in the open and broadcast on CSPAN.
Instead, both houses created huge bills of thousands of pages rushed for the sake of arbitrary deadlines demanding action knowing full well that few legislators would have time to read or absorb its content.
We’ve long been told “the devil is in the details.” The sad truth is the Democratic Party’s attempts and manipulating health care is one of the most evil undertakings by the United States government since the founding of the Republic. For right-minded citizens how can we not see figures like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid as Satanic villains and not want to seek political damnation for all the wishy-washy fence straddling fools who sold their political soul, their vote for this dreadful legislation for some perk that they believe would enhance their political stature.
We as concerned citizens must unleash the angry hounds of hells on Capitol to rip the political flesh from these gutless opportunistic pigs who in their cynical self serving treachery attempting to have the National Government take control of one of the most important parts of our life, our health, have attacked the very foundation of our system of limited government where all citizens are equal in the eyes of the law. Surely, their intrusion into health care and the special privileges granted in this legislation raises some serious Constitutional questions as well.
America, wake up, speak up. We cannot let our right to seek the best health care we can afford stolen by a corrupt and wicked government. We must demand that there will be hell to pay for what has been done to us and our culture by these loathsome legislators and our hateful ideologue, that leftist radical in the White House, Barack Obama.
No effort can be spared to destroy them politically, tie their hands, and run them out of office as quickly as possible.

More Thoughtful Analysis on the Impending Government Seizure of the Medical Industry
Once again, the honorable Diane Auer Jones provides thoughtful insight into the health care debate. It's also interesting to note the tactics used be her critics that are so typical of how the radical left in academia and media respond to things.
This posting speaks for itself. No further commentary required.

Maryland Freshman Democrat Congressman Votes No to Pelosi Health Bill

Frank Kratovil (D) would almost certainly never been elected to congress were it not for the Republican infighting in the Maryland 1st Congressional District combined with the anti-Republican sentiment in 2008. The 1st district represents Maryland’s Eastern Shore, a region that is of a completely different mind than across the bay, largely rural, including a large senior population, traditional and conservative.
Given the demographics of his district and the narrow margin by which he was elected, supporting the House health care bill would have been political suicide. Frank Kratovil did the right thing and voted against the bill. We applaud him for his courage.

Obama-Care: Here's Reason Enough to Stop the Madness!

Here's an article from today's Washington Post that indicates just how much harm particularly for those dependent on Medicare the current house proposal could cause. Not only does it seriously impact Medicare patients, but the strain it puts on the system will harm everyone.
Remember, Medicare is, in many ways, a miniature model, of how government run health care would affect the entire population. While Medicare does okay with the routine needs, for chronic, on-going issues, it can be disastrous especially to the disabled. Additionally, Medicare has never been able to function within any kind of budget projections tracking its performance.
It is every Americans patriotic duty and responsibility to him or herself, families, neighbors, to make sure every elected official know that it would be political suicide to stuff this horrible overhaul of our society down our throats. This is the most serious political misjudgement in American history except perhaps the south's decision to succeed from the Union.
Read this article and understand its consequences.

The Government Seizure of Health Care: IT IS NOW WAR

MESSAGE TO THE DEMOCRATS AND SPECIAL INTERESTS WHO SUPPORTED THIS: THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY. YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR UNAMERICAN, FILTHY ATTEMPT TO SUBVERT DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLES AND SEIZE CONTROL OF THAT WHICH BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE.
x
The House of Representatives passed the Nancy Pelosi sponsored 200o plus page legislation that effectively destroys the right to private health care, nationalizes the industry, and has an initial price tag of $1.2 trillion mindful that major government programs, particularly ones involving human services always far exceed initial estimates by huge margins.
x
The vote was 200-215 with 39 Democrats voting against the measure. One Republican, Joseph Cao of Louisiana, betrayed his party and the American people and voted for a measure that more than any measure in the history of our Republic pushes the United States of America from a representative democracy based on free enterprise and private ownership to a state controlled, centralized authoritarian socialist system.
x
The dangers to every working American is staggering. Likewise, for senior citizens already forced onto national medical service, the damage could be far worse.
x
We must unite and assure every official in Washington, supporting this measure is political suicide as it transforms the very nature of our country to what generations have fought to keep avoid.
x
The correct approach is to identify specific areas in need of reform and solving the problem with the parties most directly affected involved to correct each issue one by one.
x
Nationalizing one of the most crucial segments of our economy and day-to-day life is unacceptable. We must identify every way possible to cast aside this horrendous scheme and destroy it.
x
We cannot allow these horrible programs ever to go into effect. Any Senator contemplating supporting this measure had better be shaking in his boots because there will be hell to pay for supporting this.
How ironic it is as the Democrats have their group celebration that Nancy Pelosi should be wearing a red dress the same color as the red flags of communism. It is surprising that Charlie Rangel, under investigation for a lengthy list of tax evasion charges and other ethical lapses, would address the crowd as part of the celebration.
x
The big lie is that they contend affordable health "care" for all. We've heard for weeks all the various ways they intend to raise funds that will cost all of us directly and indirectly to pay for it. Meanwhile, the original intent, insurance for all, still leaves a huge number of Americans still outside the system.
x
We mustn't lie about this. It's a huge power grab, an attempt as Barack Obama assured his intention was to transform American society. Our column has cited some of the dangers socialized medicine will do to our society. We will continue to highlight just what a horrible day in American history this is.
x
Finally, we single out Nancy Pelosi as one of the most hateful disgusting figures ever to advance to a high level in American government. She is a ruthless liar, emotionally unbalance ideologue who has played the system to protect her special interests while causing grave harm to the rest of us.
x
Saturday night, November 7, 2009 is a night to be remembered. This scourge to American society was rushed through and enacted before our country could even pour through the pages and pages of stipulations all of which will create a bureaucratic quagmire that perhaps only the Soviet Union in its heyday could imagine.
x
We damn the Democrats and special interests groups who inflicted on this. There will be a huge price to pay. This will be the greatest struggle and division of our country since the civil war and what's at stake is darned close to being just as grave. Medicine is a life and death issue and we choose to live.
x
We will not tolerate the lies and deceptions. We will not tolerate the seizure of our basic rights. We will not have our free enterprise system shutdown with a socialist bureaucracy imposed.
x
This is war. It started late in the evening on Saturday night when most of America was engaged in the good life. It's time to get beyond anger and take to the streets and do what ever it takes to keep our free enterprise system free and our medical system private. There is no other choice. There will be hell to pay.

Meet Alan Grayson: Noted as "An Outstanding Member of Congress" by Barack Obama

Cozy with Acorn who blitzed the district doing what ACORN does best to help his election, Alan Grayson foams at the mouth with anger. The congressman from Florida’s 8th congressional district reeks of bitterness and hostility and isn’t afraid to let the world know about it in the most unfiltered terms.
The first term congressman was given the opportunity to address the House on health care for a five minute presentation complete with poster boards prepared. Part of his presentation was his opinion of the Republican plan. He indicated as he displayed a placard saying the same:
“Republicans want you to die quickly"
"If you get sick, America, the Republican health care plan is this: Die quickly," he said.
See for yourself as YouTube clips of this are readily available.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-usmvYOPfco&feature=player_embedded\
Grayson later had more outrageous comments on the health care issue: "I call upon all of us to do our jobs for the sake of America, for the sake of those dying people and their families. I apologize to the dead and their families that we haven't voted sooner to end this holocaust in America."
Speaking to the MSNBC audience for Ed Schultz’s program, Grayson cranked up the heat on Republicans and an organization he sees as their closest allies suggesting, "Fox News and their Republican collaborators are the enemy of America," and went on to opine, "People come on the air, they insult them as they did me. ... Why would anybody think that Fox News is some sort of valid news organization?"
More recently, the dishonorable congressman turned his attention to the economy speaking of Ben Bernanke aid, Linda Robertson, a Federal Reserve advisor, "This lobbyist, this K street whore, is trying to teach me about economics.” Obama praised 10/27 “Outstanding member of congress.”
So who is this tight-fisted rube of a first term congressman representing Florida citizens in the Orlando area in parts of Marion, Lake, and Orange counties?
Like many Floridians, he’s a snowbird born in the Bronx, NY. Surely, an Ivy Leaguer would be noted for high standards of civility and high browed rhetoric? Some how that distinction eludes Grayson who graduated summa cum laude from Harvard where he later received his law degree. He served as a law clerk and served as an associate for a Washington DC law firm before going into business as the first President of IDT Corporation, a diversified telecommunications company ranking Grayson as the 12th wealthiest member of Congress. Losing in his first bid for congress in 2006, he succeeded in 2008 and serves on the Committee on Financial Services, chaired by Barney Frank and the Committee on Science and Technology.
Prior to joining Congress, Grayson became well known as a fanatic critic of the Iraq War taking on a one man crusade against contractors perceived as unfairly profiting from the war. His car was bedecked with bumper stickers against the war including the infamous, “Bush lied: People Died” placard.
It’s little wonder Alan Grayson is highly touted by radical groups who appreciate his hot-tempered confrontational style drawing tremendous support from the Orlando chapter of Code Pink, a group that routinely attacks some of the nation’s most liberal figures for not going far enough. Apparently Grayson goes far enough!!! His comments draw rave reviews from Daily KOS bloggers who note that he called “a whore a whore.”
Where does Alan Grayson stand on school campaigns to deal with bullyism? Hmm....

Demonizing Health Insurance Industry: Another Big Lie
Reference article: http://apnews.myway.com/article/20091025/D9BI4D6O1.html
Barack Obama is a serial liar. In the same order of nonsense that doctors perform unnecessary tonsil operations on children with soar throats and amputate the legs of diabetics whose legs are all right so they can make more money, Obama and his followers are likewise saying the health insurance industry's profits are way out of line. Remember, this is a cult that believes profit is a dirty word. The truth is, the industry as a whole averages only slightly over a 2% profit margin. They rank 35th overall in terms of the most profitable industries.
HealthSpring is the most profitable health insurance companay at 5.4%. That's less than Tupperware!
While some practices of health insurance companies must be reformed, the notion that they are driving up health care costs is ridiculous. They are also more flexible and responsive dealing with changes in medicine than a bureaucracy run by the Federal Government.
As we look at the blame-game used to justify government seizure of the right to private health care, it's painfully obvious most of the arguments are false or grotesquely exaggerated.
Successful health care reform will identify the key issues which need to be fixed, study them, come up with the best solutions, and solve them one by one. A massive federally controlled program will not benefit the population at large and will hurt most of us in more ways than we can possibly imagine.

It's Baaackkkk!!!! The Right Wing Conspiracy

Bill Clinton's appearance on "Meet the Press" and the various false attributions Democrats and their media sympathizers employ to try to tarnish their opponents.
When scandal was breaking around the administration of William Clinton, stridently defending her husband on morning news programming, Hilary Clinton suggested his difficulties were due to a huge “right wing conspiracy.”
Fast forward to yesterday morning, setting “Meet the Press” on NBC, host David Gregory asked, “Is it still there?”
To which the ever “slick one” replied: Oh, you bet. Sure it is. It's not as strong as it was, because America's changed demographically, but it's as virulent as it was."
Adding, "I mean, they're saying things about him [Obama] -- you know, it's like when they accused me of murder and all that stuff they did."
Take these remarks and add to them the suggestions made about the makeup of town hall participants critical of the government seizure of health care, runaway Federal spending and deficits, and more intrusive government accusing citizens expressing their concerns that run contrary to the Democratic party’s agenda that such individuals are “un-American,” created visions of swastikas for Nancy Pelosi, are expressions of deep seated racism as accused by many most notably Jimmy Carter, these media and political leftists can never identify what the true conspiracy is nor connect the dots to give their assertions any validity. Quite simply, they refuse to meet the issues head-on. Their accusations are false as are many assertions what their efforts in resting control of health care away from the private sector actually entail.
The public is becoming increasingly aware of their attempts to demonize their opposition through making broad blanket statements – “right wing extremists,” “racists,” or tools of the insurance companies, the Republican party, or any other group they see fit to use as a rallying point for their contempt. While they might assert criticisms directed at their schemes are false, they can never demonstrate how they are false. They’d rather just brand their opponents as liars.
When we reflect on how the entire effort to push through the radical seizure of health care, that initially they intended to have bills passed before their August recess, and have attempted to take something so sweeping and involved and rush it through as if it were an emergency appropriation for a recent disaster, it shows their understanding that the devil’s in the details and the less the public has time to question to proposal the better for them.
The cat’s out of the bag now as poll results show that those opposed to socialized medicine continues to grow while support continues to fall off. Surely the Senate proposal makes certain realities including the awesome high expensive to all citizens much clearer than ever before. Whether one considers the Max Baucus Senate Bill or House Bill HR 3200, the prospects are unacceptable.
Identifying these bills as unacceptable is not a matter of being “right wing” nor are they concerns being addressed ones generated by any kind of right wing conspiracy. Such opposition is simply clearly articulated common sense. When facts and reason do not support the radical agenda, demogoguery is always a convenient tactic.

Insurance Company Ordered Not to Communicate With Subscribers on Health Care Seizure

Humana, a Medicare Advantage Provider, Issued Gag Order by Obama Administration
Humana Inc. communicated with its subscribers illustrating what proposed Social Security cuts to pay for the Government seizure of the country’s health care plan would mean to them. A private company attempting to communicate its perspective on a controversial public issue has been silenced by order of the government.
On what possible grounds in a democratic society can this be justified? This is pure totalitarianism in action. Apparently, the first amendment as with other constitutional provisions that provide obstacles to Obama’s grand vision, in essence acting as a de facto dictator of the proletariat in his attempts to socialize America, the rule of law does not apply when Obama seeks to pursue something he deems as “the greater good.”
Meanwhile, AARP, which sells Medicare related insurance policies, also criticized some aspects of the Obama health plan but no action was taken against them. Could it be that because they are higher visibility than an insurance company and has given so generously given to Democratic candidates have anything to do with it?
Naturally, it’s no secret one of the latest strategies of the administration’s push to sell its assault on private health care is to demonize insurance companies so such a heavy-handed action should not be surprising.
Regardless of where one stands on this issue, when the government attempts to muzzle free speech on controversial topics is a very serious and dangerous situation.
We condemn Barack Obama’s henchmen for this treacherous and oppressive act. To call it un-American would be the ultimate in understatement.
The Republicans are raising a fuss. We’ll see where that leads. See following article:

Column in Forbes Sets Record Straight on Obama Health Takeover Speech

RMF hasn't weighed in on Obama's demogoguery from Wednesday night because RMF is just too angry to write something cogent wanting to say things that would make Rep. Jim Wilson (R-SC) look mild. The lies, the distortions, the finger-pointing and self-congratulation was beyond belief trying to make one of the most dangerous proposals ever to be considered in Washington look palpable.
We came across this column from Forbes magazine which adds some great perspective on Obama's totalitarian megalomania. Isn't it interesting how casually the radical extremist rattles off false assertions as if they are verifiable facts and figures? Can we not see his total contempt for private business and any profit making enterprise? Is it not powefully clear that a person surrounded by radicals, political machine operatives, union thugs, and ground level hacks has no perspective on how the major institutions like health care, the financial sector, and corporate America operate?

Diane Auer Jones Weighs in on Health Care Debate

Once again, one of our most respected Washington "insiders" though she would probably reject this characterization, former White House Science advisor and Asst. Ed. Secretary, Diane Auer Jones, a life long Catonsville resident, weighs in on the health insurance issue.
Read this article for some sound philosophical reasoning on how the current approach is off base.

Obama and the Big Lie: Those Greedy Doctors

The hidden agenda behind the outrageous and dishonest quotes tells us loud and clear that we cannot support any effort the Obama regime pushes to alter our health care delivery in any way. The President does not know how the medical system operates on fairly frequent procedures. Then he uses his false assumptions to create wicked stereotypes of our as being motivated by making lots of money by railroading patients into unnecessary surgery.
Consider this:
In Obama’s view, doctors would yank a kid’s tonsils for the sake of some extra income…
“Right now, doctors a lot of times are forced to make decisions based on the fee payment schedule that's out there. ... The doctor may look at the reimbursement system and say to himself, 'You know what? I make a lot more money if I take this kid's tonsils out,'” as the President addressed a prime time news conference, adding, "Now, that may be the right thing to do, but I'd rather have that doctor making those decisions just based on whether you really need your kid's tonsils out or whether it might make more sense just to change; maybe they have allergies. Maybe they have something else that would make a difference."
They’d also chop the foot off a diabetic who didn’t need the amputation for a nice big pay day.
“Let's take the example of something like diabetes, one of --- a disease that's skyrocketing, partly because of obesity, partly because it's not treated as effectively as it could be. Right now if we paid a family -- if a family care physician works with his or her patient to help them lose weight, modify diet, monitors whether they're taking their medications in a timely fashion, they might get reimbursed a pittance. But if that same diabetic ends up getting their foot amputated, that's $30,000, $40,000, $50,000 -- immediately the surgeon is reimbursed.”
What else can one conclude other than Obama is a dirty rotten lying bastard quick to stir up images of class warfare stereotyping doctors as greedy wealth driven ogres who need the big stick of the government to pound them into shape.
In the first instance, our closet Marxist ignores that a primary care doctor makes nothing on tonsil surgery. He would refer the child to a throat specialist if there were adequate rational to do so who would then conduct the proper evaluation to determine whether such surgery is necessary. The doctor makes no money off of referrals but in Obama-Nation where conspiracies run wild, perhaps he’d want us to believe he’d get kick backs from the throat surgeon.
Regardless, this is irresponsible garbage. How dare the President suggest to parents they’d better be careful taking their kids to see doctors for a sore throat, most likely strep which would simply be treated with antibiotics, for fear of unnecessary surgery.
The second example is equally disturbing suggesting doctors make huge payments for such surgeries. His alleged costs are way over the $740 to $1140 surgeons would typically receive for such a procedure. This goes right to the heart of what a detestable hateful leader Barack Obama is throwing out numbers to alarm to population to support his attempts for the government to seize control of private medicine. Implicit in his remarks are the doctors would steer away from proactive treatment knowing the big pay day comes when things don’t go right.
Consider the two quotations above. If anyone can call the President’s remarks as anything other than self-serving bold-faced lies, then what is this jibber-jabber?
Just as the President revealed his true colors in his accusations against the Cambridge Police Department and thus smearing an entire profession, law enforcement, these comments are inexcusable wicked portrayals of our health care providers.
His stereotyping of the professionals we entrust to protect our lives, police officers and doctors clearly reveals there is no real difference once the beautiful teleprompter speeches are pushed aside and we hear the unfiltered deliberate thoughts between Barack Obama’s attitude and his radical associates like Jeremiah Wright and Van Jones.
Meanwhile, try to find any reportage on Obama’s outrageous lies and wicked insinuations in the mainstream media: NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, or the New York Times.
Obama’s health care plans must fail. They are built on false assumptions serving his fundamental radical impulses not what’s good for those needing quality health care.
How can any Obama sicophants suggest reporting these remarks, his own public comments, are a smear campaign? His own words do the damage.

We must do all we can to keep the adminstration tied up and unable to push its radical agenda forward. Our future as a free society demands it.
Health Reform: Another View
We are big fans of Diane Auer Jones, currently President/CEO of the Washington Campus but also as a person who has worked tirelessly in Washington behind the scenes in a wide variety of capacities in the past decade on science, academic, and educational policy matters, among her posts, policy advisor for the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and Assistant Secretary of Education for Post Secondary. Ms. Jones also was a small business owner and biology professor. While enjoying tremendous conservative support and having intricate knowledge of policy matters, she is refreshingly apolitical when it comes to the Washington scene.
Ms. Jones currently blogs for the Chronicle of Higher Education. In the following article, she weighs in on the health care debate adding a very reasonable voice which is neither conservative nor liberal prescribing the proper mindset for how this issue should be deliberated.
