We will not be watching the Democratic National Convention. How much torture can a person endure? Besides that, if there's any way Comcast tracks whose watching what, we will not allow our behavior to do ANYTHING that could generate any statistic favorable to the Obama/Biden ticket.
Anything short of an absolute meltdown will be a disappointment. Here's what to hope for:
1-Demostrations get out of hand. Tear gas and nightsticks fly. Hundreds are arrested.
2-Clintons upstage the whole show. Angry Clinton delegates make demands Obama cannot sweet talk his way out of.
3-Some news event takes place somewhere in the world that make Bush and McCain look good.
4-Obama, Biden, and other speakers say things that are so whacked-out, far from mainstream values, the rest of the country is alarmed and McCain's guys have plenty of stuff for great negative ads.
Those who fear Obama-Nation have a mission. Your job is to raise as much fear, uncertainty and doubt as you possibly can against the wretch democratic candidate. We are challenged that John McCain has still not really stepped up to define himself effectively and has not played hardball outside of a handful of nasty ads some of which are not that useful.
Stay on top of what's going on, but DO NOT WATCH THE CONVENTION. DOING SO COULD ROT YOUR BRAIN.
