Obama Appeals Court Nominee Reveals Radicalism

How radical is Barrack Obama?

Let’s consider the case of his nominee for the 9th District Court of Appeals, already known for its far left activist rulings hell-bent on social engineering. The nominee, noted in a recent New York Times editorial as an “exceptional nominee,” Goodwin Liu, already shown as supportive of a highly left-wing agenda has spoken on record as favoring reparations for Black Americans. That one group deserves an entitlement from another group of Americans is simply a sick and disgusting abuse of any kind of sane legal thinking. The horrors of slavery have been addressed through Constitutional and additional legal action. It’s been a long time historically since 1863 when the Emancipation Proclamation ended slavery.

For this white citizen, to suggest that a person whose ancestors on one side of the family had not even arrived in the new world yet and the other side of the family were living in the Michigan wilderness where some family members fought for the Union army against the Confederacy, is an outright sick joke.

Those who advocate “reparations” are worthy of nothing more than derisive laughter. Their arguments are just plain stupid and reflective of a totally un-American mentality that must be forcefully excluded from the nation’s political agenda by marginalizing their idiotic views with facts, the Constitution, and common sense. The fundamental concept reparation embraces, providing an entitlement based on a political grievance is patently obscene.

We condemn Goodwin Liu and the Obama administration for nominating him in the strongest terms.
