Memo to Charlie Sheen: Just Kill Yourself and Get It Over With

Okay, we know it, that's a mean title that nice people don't dare say particularly in writing these days, but "well duh" who doesn't see what the Charlie Sheen saga is leading up to.

Be honest, Charlie Sheen is a thoroughly rotten human being. He is the victim of his own decision making. He is a person of DREADFUL character. Look at his mouthings off about public issues like his 9/11 conspiracy theories and other topics he's opined on. Look at how he's treated women. The son-of-a-bitch simply has no core, no positive values. That he would live the ultimate hedonistic spoiled brat life should come as no surprise. He could be Paris Hilton's or Lindsay Lohan's big brother. He had two things working for him, his father's name recognition and what most TV and movie viewers consider Hollywood good looks. He has been capable of playing slightly edgy, bad boy characters -- great entertainment.  Having no core, no values and an unbelievably elevated sense of self and ego, living the fat life lead to what he's become today.

Some find his exploits entertaining. Some can't help be drawn in with the kind of morbid curiosity that draws a crowd watching an accident. Hopefully, those among us who are less vocal are just plain disgusted.

Cut the phony sympathy. He's not a poor fellow who had bad things happen to him. Nobody forced him to party to extremes and consume enough cocaine and alcohol to warp his brain. That's what he wanted, that's what he got and the result is what you see is what you get.

Now, Sheen the Mean is making the rounds with his "Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour, booking facilities in major cities where audiences can come and hear him rant. There's no script, no rehearsal, and Charlie Sheen is no stand up comic. He's fleecing the public to support his disgusting life style. To show the absolute depravity of the situation, the pure hubris of a horrible human being, he's attempting to copyright some of his pet catch phrases like "duh - winning," "tiger blood," and "rock star from Mars." We have one he can use free of charge that fits, "Shithead from Hollywood."

Somehow, that his one major interview since his whole world erupted into a media specticle earlier this year was by perhaps the nation's most vicious demogogue and conspiracy theory peddler, Alex Jones, leading to Jones appearance on "The View' makes him all the more worthy of ridicule, but he and Jones certanily occupy a well deserved shared level of contempt among folks who are tired of media explotation regardless of where it comes from.

We've seen his kind of story play out many times before -- Anna Nicole Smith, Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley. Surrounded by sycophants, enablers, and leeches who feed off the big star's excesses, these stars live in a bubble detached from reality and with nothing but "yes" men around them, they are never challenged on their abhorrent lifestyles. They become increasingly more detached from the real world, and soon, tragedy results.

With Smith, Jackson, and Presley, they didn't seem to grovel in their destruction. Toward the end they became sickly shells of what they were in their prime. While Sheen is a far cry from the character who made him the star on one of network TV's hottest shows, he appears to celebrate grovelling in his self-destruction. The day of reckoning is coming soon.

Why does it seem like the final chapter of this tragedy is going to be an especially ugly one?

Sarah Palin -- Ready to Rumble

It happens without fail, some media figure or political figure insults Sarah Palin and with a couple news cycles, there she is LIVE on Fox News attempting to defend herself while groveling in the mud trying to top her tormentor tit-for-tat with sharp insults. Recently, Rick Santorum responded sarcastically about Palin turning down a keynote speaking engagement to which Palin responded, "I'd like to call him a knuckle dragging neanderthal but I'll let his wife do that."WHAT!?!?

Sarah Palin is a thin-skinned, mean-spirited idiot that the world has learned is easy prey. Insult her and getting a rise out of her is an absolute certainty.

Enter Kathy Griffin, who could almost be seen as the Sarah Palin of Hollywood well known for shooting off her mouth in the most embarrassing ways gifted for overstatement even guilty of obscenity riddled blasphemy. That she appeared on a couple episodes of Seinfeld and won an Emmy is about all the public at large knows of her outside of a part time gig as one of the View gals. Her acceptance speech for her Emmy award tells us more than we could ever want to know about this hateful bitch.

Now, a lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this award. I want you to know that no one had less to do with this award than Jesus. He didn't help me a bit. If it was up to him, Cesar Millan would be up here with that damn dog. So all I can say is suck it, Jesus, this award is my god now!

That's more than most of us ever need to know about a relative has been and more or less nobody who basically plays for the "inside Hollywood" crowd, not America at large.

She's made a career out of tormenting the Palins even raising a hackle when she sneered that Bristol Palin looked a little chubby on "Dancing with the Stars." She'll get her laughs from the Bill Maher crowd, but who are they?

She's media savvy enough to know that if her insults don't get her a little camera time, when Sarah Palin hears about her snide remarks, Palin will go nuts guaranteeing Griffin a little face time, and that's what Hollywood is all about.

Now Griffin says she's going after Palin's 16 year old daughter, Willow. Yes that reveals what a classless bitch Griffin is, but it's equally or more revealing of Sarah Palin. Here's her comment that has Palin screaming once again;

“I’ve already gone for Sarah, Todd and Bristol, obviously. But I think it’s Willow’s year to go down.”

Not content to turn the other cheek or realize that if Palin were truly a person of respectable stature she wouldn't dare waste her time dignifying Griffin, Palin instead chose to do a cannonball right into the pig sty.

Any time Palin gets her feelings hurt, Fox News comes to the rescue giving her the lead spot to agonize over her latest insult and then affect retribution. Time time it was Jeanine Pirro's program where not only did she take on Griffin but responded to a number of questions on issues that apparently Pirro did not simply effectively enough for Palin to respond with her usual bumper sticker platitudes. She truly struggled to maintain her poise and grope for words. So here's her response to the Hollywood taunt master.

You know, Kathy Griffin can do anything to me or say anything about me, because you know… she's a 50-year-old adult bully, really is what she is," Palin said. "She can do those things to me… I would just ask for respect of my children. As she had stated on CNN that her New Year's resolution was to destroy my 16-year-old daughter, that takes it a little too far.”

“Kathy pick on me, come up to Alaska and pick on me, but leave my kids alone."

For Kathy Griffin, DIRECT HIT, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. What more could she have asked for short of Palin responding with one of those seven words you can't say on television. Griffin got the attention she demanded supporting her reputation of attempting to get in the same class as Rosie O'Donnell and Rosanne Barr as show business's ultimate bitch goddess divas. The left wing chattering class has plenty of "Did you hear the latest?" Sarah Palin nonsense. Meanwhile, Republicans and Tea Party supporters must increasingly be asking themselves, is this all there is to someone who professes to be one of their leaders.

Sarah Palin is just plain too fucking stupid to realize that every time someone in show biz or any of her political adversaries criticize her and she responds with her over reactions, they are getting exactly what they want from her helping to further marginalize her as an immature, thin skinned idiot whose whole world revolves around her fragile sense of self too pathetic, unsophisticated, and immature to know that leaders rise above the mud. Farmers never wrestle their pigs. They slaughter them when the time comes.

Michael Moore: Aside from Being a World Class Asshole -- He's Just Plain Wrong

Why make such a big deal about Michael Moore? After all, he's just a hack filmmaker who has trouble getting funding for his movies. Sure, his influence is limited outside of preaching to the choir of the committed leftists who believe what he believes.
What is most interesting about Michael Moore is that no figure articulates the true agenda of the left in clearer more certain terms -- what their core beliefs are, their priorities, and their philosophical assumptions. He does so in such an obvious nuanced-free manner, he makes what everyone from Barack Obama to labor bosses to the Hollywood crowd to the big voices of media outlets like the New York Times and MSNBC all believe very clear so all can see, this is what they're all about. He does so in a most straight forward, pull-no-punches manner -- it's good to listen and take note.

The most important underlying assumption to all their ideology is the basic Marxist assumption that all political activity and economics are a matter of class struggle -- the exploiters against the exploited. In our society, the filthy rich (meaning any one above the subsistence level who does not have a union job) are oppressing "working people" (translation -- people who work for labor unions or receive public assistance (wait they work?).

The great lie behind the Wisconsin labor insurrection is that there is plenty of money to go around -- that Governor Scott Walker is just looking out for his corporate friends by giving them tax breaks.  Oh, in a state that is facing severe financial strife largely due to the loss of manufacturing jobs (as in overpriced union jobs where union wages and beneftis made it no longer profitable to maintain the plant) providing companies tax incentives to locate in Wisconsin helping to improve the employed work force then in turn paying more taxes hence a more solvent system that could benefit public employees is hardly looking out for "friends" unless Governor Walker's friends are the entire state of Wisconsin including the AWOL senators and union slugs who would benefit from a healthier state economy.

This is logical and can be verified with provable statistics. So how far away from reality is the fat turd from Flint Michigan?  His assertion is essentially all wealth that isn't were he thinks is where it belongs has been stolen, here are his own words from a recent interview:

"They're sitting on the money, they're using it for their own -- they're putting it someplace else with no interest in helping you with your life, with that money. We've allowed them to take that. That's not theirs, that's a national resource, that's ours. We all have this -- we all benefit from this or we all suffer as a result of not having it,"

This is class war propaganda and nothing else. Produce something of value or demonstrate a talent that creates value for others, you earn accordingly. The more a person's job is reduced to a clearly defined job description interchangeable with somebody else's the less value that person produces and wages and benefits should reflect accordingly.  Part of what has destroyed public education is how much more the art of educating children has been converted into an assembly line process governed by union advocated rules. It's little wonder then, that unions would fight pay-for-performance with all their might knowing that the whole interchangeability of teaching assignments cannot be justified and a system based on rewards by seniority would not stand.

Unions favor well-established closed shop corporations who can afford union wages. Of course eventually these businesses reach their lethal point where they either go out of business or flee to new environments where union privileges don't reign supreme. When the wealth is divied out by labor contracts, what retains wealth to generate new products and businesses?  Oh, do they think government labs and university grants can accomplish all that? Hardly, Western Electric, the great AT&T (the old phone monopoly) only made one kind of phone. There was only one kind of phone service, but union workers working for AT&T made GOOD money. The government broke up the monopoly. Phone company employees were rewarded more on the basis of productivity, and competition between phone companies produced all kinds of new technology we use every day.

Here's a sermon on how to play to lose.  Right from the fat arse's
thoughts.....

From the RMF Hollywood Desk; Lindsay Lohan, Hollywood's Turd Twinkie Is at it AGAIN!!!!

Beyond Pity!

Filthy trash wrapped in God-given human flesh, Lindsay Lohan is at it again. If it weren’t for what a lousy excuse she is for a human being, there would be nothing to talk about. She played effectively in a couple movie rolls yielding a bright future that she destroyed many yesterday’s ago.

With a long line of drug and traffic charges along with other offenses, now the Princess of Puke is to be arraigned for stealing a $2,500 necklace. Surely her lawyer will be singing that everyone except Lohan herself is to blame. Can you see it now – the “it crawled into my hand – honest it did” defense?

For the record, her attorney/enabler stated:
"This whole story is crazy. $2,500 is tip money to Lindsay, if she wanted the necklace that badly she would have bought it," said our insider. "She's going to get to the bottom of this - it wasn't stolen."

Oh that's it. Sorry we couldn't get Ms. Lohan's response from her luxury ocean front cottage outside Flagstaff, Arizona.

Lindsey Lohan DESERVES nothing. The entitlement mentality runs deep and on all levels of American society. Lohan’s conduct is just one of the most grotesque perversions of that disgusting reality. As the bleeding hears wring their hands and whine “how could this happen?’ the truth is so painfully obvious. Quite simply, when a person has no moral compass and has a totally egocentric view of the world, any kind of meaningful decision making process is impossible. Everything that has happened to her was caused by her own decisions.

Nevertheless, it’s not hard to imagine the typical news reports on straight and entertainment news where the anchor or lead reporter turns to the camera with a look of stern sincerity and ponders who could a young lady with so much talent and such a bright future have such horrible difficulties?

If one believes a person is responsible for the decisions he or she makes, the answer is clear and who needs the whining and moralizing. It’s incredible to see that even Parris Hilton and Britney Spears seem to have scraped themselves off the same scrap heap Lohan inhabits at least for the time being

She and Charlie Sheen are engaged in a vicious death match for which narcissistic spoiled brat dies and oozes down the drain the fastest.

They deserve no pity or understanding. We understand enough. They have been given every chance and more to rehabilitate themselves working with some of the best professionals in the business. They can only change if it’s truly in their character to do so, but where most people have character in their hearts, Lindsay Lohan, like Charlie Sheen, has only maggot infested fecal matter. Translation, why should they matter?

Witness the absolute lowest form of human life – a world of crack whores, Islamic terrorists, child molesters, slimy investment swindlers, and violent drug peddlers. There truly are terrible human beings who have gotten more than they could ever deserve from our pathetically sympathetic culture. For most of them, their second chance was one too many.

Do we need to buy a billboard in tinsel town that screams it in huge neon letters, “Lindsay Lohan, you are one worthless sack of shit.”

Whether it’s this event or one in the near future, the great toilet of life will soon flush and she’ll be gone. Anyone who indulges in the “could have, should have, would have” justifications can hop on the train to nowhere on the enabler express.

The moral lesson should be terrible decisions yield terrible consequences.

Star Spangled Mutation

Okay, it's a pet peeve but Major League Baseball and Fox TV should be ASHAMED for having just a horrendous untalented cipher mutilate the National Anthem prior to the 2010 All Star Game. Not only was her singing voice attrocious but her attempts to rephrase the song and change its tune structure was dreadful and disrespectful. Even more annoying and disgusting was that the crowd cheered with each "improvisation."

The visuals were bad enough. The singer looked more like she were dressed to sweep floors or wash cars than sing a patriot song for national television.

The singer, Amber Riley, never made it to American Idol. The producers turned her down. Memo to failed performer, your fifteen minutes is over.

Lindsay Lohan: 90 Days in the Slammer

Behavior without consequences in unacceptable, a lesson that young actress and troublemaker Lindsay Lohan has refused to embrace. A person whose absolute hedonism and substance abuse threatens to kill her will serve 90 days in jail for violating terms of her probation for failure to attend alcohol abuse counselling.

One has to wonder how hardened this total dipshit is and whether or not she is capable of rehabilitation. For the sake of a human life, we pity her. For the sake of justice, her fate is well-deserved. Will her doing hard time possibly serve as a deterrent to others who might be tempted to walk in her staggering footsteps?

So Much Wrong Packed into One Idiot's Tirade

Once a washed up comedian who simply couldn't make inroads in the late late night market, he made some outrageous inflammatory comments after 9/11 which instantly gave him a seat of honor among the real hard core American haters of the radical left. He also attracted others as followers through his repeated mocking and tormenting of anyone smart enough to believe in God finally making a movie designed to taunt anyone with spiritual understanding. His temperamental outbursts and tirades are legendary. If there's any person who articulates everything the radical left believes in with such hatred for anyone who believes in God, Bill Maher is one of the world's most radical son of bitch. It's hard to measure how far left he is from Barack Obama, but he's way out there. Nevertheless, he earns a show on HBO which is reason enough in and of itself not to be an HBO subscriber.
xs
The Huffington Post, obviously a Maher sympathizer, presents inflammatory quotes from this sick, disgusting spokesperson for the worst of the worst. They also post a video where on one hand sounding sensible about too much government spending, he uses that as a point of agreement to lure the listener into his sick and twisted notions and obvious hatred of such thins as national defense, the Tea party movement which he mocks and taunts relentlessly, and virtually anything moderately conservative or more so. They don't come worse than Bill Maher and his sarcastic dismissive attitude that the American people are too stupid to understand anything they might vote on and that to have any spiritual beliefs at all yield you a special kind of retard.
x
We present this as a primer to the insanity that's so well established in the Left Wing Lunatic Land. Be prepared to get fighting mad.

One Hell of a Crazy Week!!!!

Nuts, Nuts, Nuts, and More Nutty Nuts

Has there ever been a week where pure stupidity and inexcusably screwed up people gotten so much attention?

We give Credo Action an honorable mention for their Bracket of Evil, a left wing nut’s attempt to create something for the lunatic fringe to have their own little March Madness. They had four regions with selected bad guys: Media (Dick Cheney, Fox News, Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh), Corporate (Goldman Sachs, Monsanto, Black Water, Big Coal), Crazies (Tea Partiers, Prop 8, Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann,) and finally Government (Mitch McConnell, Stupak Amendment, Rahm Emanuel, Joe Liebermann). Each figure has a “bio” tab which has the usual left wing smear job for each. Participants vote in each bracket to where now it’s the championship round pitting Fox News versus Blackwater.

Next, let’s hear it for Code Pink who worked their way into a book signing event for Karl Rove, and amidst screams like “burn in hell” they attempted to conduct a citizen’s arrest against the former Bush advisor.

We have a special place in our heart for Georgia Congressman, Hank Johnson. While conducting a hearing on Capitol Hill he wondered aloud if adding 8,000 Marines and their families to the existing population on the Island of Guam if that could cause the island to tip over and fall into the sea. Yes he was dead serious. Later his office issued a statement to say he was just trying to be humorous. BULL!!!!

How about Illinois Congressman, Phil Hare, who responded to a citizen’s question about the constitutionality of the Federal Medical System takeover, “I don’t worry about the constitution.” Yo, Congressman, what was that oath you took upon being elected to congress about protecting the Constitution?

In filming a video for one of her songs, singer Erykah Badu pranced through Dallas’ historic Dealey Plaza, the setting for the infamous grassy knoll where John F. Kennedy was assassinated, stripping off her clothes to complete nakedness before falling to the ground as if shot down by gunfire. This was done in broad daylight with children present.

Hey Boomer, Feeling Old??

It was on this date in 1958 when Elvis Presley reported for duty as a soldier in the United States army. And when was the last time anyone in the entertainment industry served in the military?
While some deserve much credit travelling the world for entertaining our troops, all too often we hear of the Hollywood crowd badmouthing efforts to defend our country and way of life. How quickly they take advantage all those who sacrifice so that "the beautiful people" can enjoy lounging around their swimming pools in Malibu and Beverly Hills. Some even embrace our enemies like Hugo Chavez.
It was a more innocent and appreciative world fifty two years ago.

A Not So Funny Lawyer Joke

Lindsay Lohan and her lawyers must be absolutely MAD. The wisdom found in Shakespeare’s “Richard III” couldn’t be more appropriate when one considers what the Hollywood archetypal bimbo and her counsel seek to accomplish. She got her feelings hurt and for her pain and suffering, the sheer humiliation she is entitled to $100 million dollars. Yes ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS!!!!

The financial services company, E*Trade has an ad series of talking babies much like “Look Who’s Talking” movies. In an ad which ran during the Super Bowl, the male baby is talking to his irritated girlfriend who after hearing his bragging questions, “And that milkaholic Lindsey wasn’t over?” To which the male character questions, “Lindsey?” Then a female baby pops up in front of him asking, “Milk-a-WHAT?”

Oops, was the baby, a Lindsey or a Lindsay?

The Lohan contention is that she is so unbelievably famous that the name “Lindsay” can only refer to her and her alone as if she had some brand name claim on the name like “Cher,” “Madonna,” or “Monique.”

Her lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, contends:

“Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit,"

"They used the name Lindsay. They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."

Look at the ad, if you haven’t seen it and decide for yourself. This makes you think of Lindsay Lohan? Even in the wild event that it did, on what basis do we know of Lindsay Lohan, her remarkable acting skill? Can anyone name her works? How about how many times she’s been locked up for drunken behavior?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QS9rIZcjaw

If justice is served in this case, the penalties would be on Lohan and her lawyers. Fortune should be handsomely paid for having the audacity of using the legal system to pursue such a ridiculous and frivolous lawsuit.

So we conclude in quoting the memorable line from Shakespeare’s “Richard III.”

“Kill all the lawyers.”

A 2010 addition could be something to the effect that Lindsey Lohan should be put to sleep.

New York Post article on Lindsay Lohan’s insane ploy.

Intellectual Scum: The Conspiracy Mindset

We're probably not as evolved as we think
we are, and evolution doesn't explain
everything -- that's why it's called a THEORY!!!
x
x
Hot on the heels of Danny Glover's and Pat Robertson's ridiculous assertions about the cause of the Haiti earthquakes is an ad on Fox television for its show, Bones. The subject, there had to be a second gunman in the Kennedy assassination.
x
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, dogs and cats, and intellectually curious banana slugs, let's make something perfectly clear.
x
The Warren Commission told the truth. To look at the amount of research and the integrity of the members on the panel made it abundantly clear what happened on November 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas. That there might be a few things that aren't 100% crystal clear doesn't open the door to all the wacky theories on the subject. "The Government lied." so the ad says. We'd better worry about the real lies the government is pumping out right now on subjects like health care, terrorism, and the economy and get our minds of the idiot bullshit about JFK's death.
x
Don't expect to know much if your source of the news is Jon Stewart and the late night talkers. Talk show hosts are first and foremost entertainers and some aren't very good at it. That there is some monolithic clearly articulated progressive movement as Glenn Beck explains it is cheap baloney.
x
Yes, ten agents from Al Qaeda really did hijack four airliners, two of which crashed into the World Trade Center, one into the Pentagon, and the fourth into a field in Pennsylvania. What kind of stupid asshole would believe our government turned lose the hounds of hell on itself. If you believe that, you have no right to be taken seriously about anything.
x
There is no Easter Bunny. Deal with it. Elvis died back on August 16, 1977.
x
Neil Armstrong was the first man to set foot on the moon on that memorable Saturday night, July, 1969.
x
Pat Robertson is dead wrong, so is Danny Glover. The planet isn't perfect. Tectonic plates shift around in ways science hasn't fully mastered explaining. Science doesn't know everything. Rationalizing, that's the way God planned it doesn't explain everything. People who believe in mindless conspiracy theories have trouble dealing with the truth on just about everything.

There are the conspiracy theories that involve the "I know something the big important guys don't know" and those almost always involve the U.S. Government is the root of all evil. There's also the faith in something bigger ridiculous mindset...whether it's faith in a malicious murdering God or junk science. We're sure to hear that the "Swine" flu was created by the government for biological warfare. It's God's punishment or somehow the virus developed as a result of climate change allowing the little beasties to grow and develop in new and more threatening ways.
x
While we're at it, there's no tooth fairy either. DEAL WITH IT.

Their Music is Torture and They're not Happy

REM's Michael Stipe
Be honest. Should anyone take seriously
how this fellow would opine on any
political topic (or anything else for that matter)?
x
x
"We have spent the past 30 years supporting causes related to peace and justice. To now learn that some of our friends' music may have been used as part of the torture tactics without their consent or knowledge, is horrific. It's anti-American, period."

xxxx-REM statement condemning pop music used to motivate detainees at Guantanamo Bay Detention

Reference article:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/8320268.stm
x
Whoa, cool!!! The Hollywood crowd, in this case pop musicians, has another cause to rally around and preach about in tones of overt self-righteousness eyes dripping with crocodile tears. They want the terrorist detention camp at Guantanamo Bay closed and have hair up they are angry as hell their music, Barney the dinosaur, and the Meow Mix cat have been used to help motivate terror suspects, some of the most dangerous and murderous thugs on earth, to cooperate. Look out, there’s another bleeding heart “cause” organization as a result “The National Campaign to Close Guantanamo.” Does this mean concerts, television specials, posters, buttons, web sites, FaceBook pages, and Twitter tweets are far behind?

Plug your ears and hold your nose.

The ironies in this are just too amusing to pass up. Most pop music is so darned awful it’s torture for most ordinary Americans despite massive air play and millions of units sold. There’s no accounting for taste and pop music has been in decline for years. Okay, this writer is 56 years old, but this is not a generational thing. It’s recognizing that the record companies, those great industrial Titans who take 9 year olds to court for multimillion dollar lawsuits for downloading a few tunes. Their business model for music is the same as McDonalds, product that is bland, consistent, and not very good for you.

Pop music airheads sound so silly when they talk politics. They are so naïve and ignorant yet they talk with such fervent faux sincerity. If what they were saying wasn’t intended to influence thousands or millions, it would be laughably dismissible.

Surely, they’ve pounded down gallons of Kool-Aid believing all the lies about “Gitmo” and the terrible things they contend our big bad government has done to those poor misunderstood terrorists. Oh, we just need to talk to them and swing “Kumbaya,” “Give Peace a Chance,” or “Puff the Magic Dragon” and we’ll all get along just fine.

While they have their Che Guevara posters and other such nonsense, what they fail to realize, if the totalitarians they defend were ever to take charge here, they’d be among the first to be shot as part of the inevitable cultural cleansing all dictatorships wage to indoctrinate society into being a bunch of mindless compliant zombies.

One has to wonder, as much as the pop music crowd tries to preach to the choir, how many people other than their most fawning groupies take any of their political garbage seriously and how many people have they ever persuaded to see things their way.

What a shame it is. For all the great things Bruce Springsteen has accomplished and his ability to work magic with his music, since he’s been on the political bandwagon, he’s rendered himself just another ignorant toad who is just as divorced from reality as the rest of that pack of music performing mutants.

Let’s send Ted Nugent with his crossbow down to “Gitmo” to entertain our servicemen and let him take target practice on any of the terrorists who don’t like it.

CRY ME A RIVER!!!!!

Boo-hoo, boo-hoo, boo (bleeping) hoo!!!
Hold the hankies!!! I’m not shedding any tears for rapist/child molester, Roman Polanski. Oh, my, my. He’s unhappy and sad spending time in jail. One can think of a lot of other things one might like Roman Polanski to feel for raping a 13 year old girl he drugged to get her easier to manipulate.

Here’s the latest:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20091011/people_nm/us_polanski

Surely as this story makes the rounds, more Hollywood nutcases will pout and fuss that Polanski should be set free. His offense was so long ago as if we should let bygones be bygones.

Is not the uproar over the desire for Polanski to be set free proof-positive of just how morally bankrupt and out of touch with reality many members of the Hollywood crowd are?

Is it any wonder they make the political decisions they do? Given their sense of responsibility and lousy judgment, perhaps logic should dictate one should avoid supporting any politician they hold in high esteem. They’re not the kind of people who share time-proven mainstream values that most of us still embrace.

The Crazies Who Live Among Us

There is an intellectual scum that grows in our culture enriched by Hollywood scripts and inflammatory bloggers, media personalities, and even academic elites, the conspiracy theorists.

Whether it’s a myriad of explanations refuting the Warren Commission findings, the notion that somehow the United States government staged the attacks of 9/11/01, or that the Apollo moon landings were faked, there is always a significant number of total idiots from all walks of life who believe such nonsense. Going back into the 1950’s, adding fluoride to drinking water was supposed to be a government plot to sterilize the American population. Surely as far back as the 1860’s, we could probably find theories on Lincoln’s assassination too.

Unfortunately, as American citizens, we enjoy the implied absolute right to be profoundly stupid, but the conspiracy mindset stoked by radio talk show hosts, and movie directors like Oliver Stone and Michael Moore, never ceases to demand way too much attention. How many Oliver Stone movies do not involve some kind of far-fetched conspiracy as a key compenent to the plot? Nevertheless, his works almost take on the tone of being documentaries. In the case of Michael Moore, his approach is to never let the truth stand in the way of fabricating false images of his political adversaries for the sake of advancing his agenda.

The one thing we can give credit to the paranoid sickos who believe this nonsense. There is certain wisdom to mistrust the government and conventional wisdom, but all three of the big ones: the Kennedy assassination, the Apollo landings, and the 9-11 attacks require a special degree of ignorance and paranoia to believe. First is the assumption that behind all of the various theories that counter the truth regarding these events is that somehow our government could have staged such massive cover ups and could have maintained their deception to pull such things off. To the extent the government keeps anything secret for long is highly problematic. Witness the ease to which the New York Times has been able to leak crucial national security secrets.

While there will always be a lunatic fringe, some striking surveys make this more than just something that’s way out there among the real nutcases who walk among us. For starters, about one third of the population doubts the official accounts of the 9/11 terror attacks. Other surveys show that about one in four individuals between the ages of 18 and 25 believe the moon landings never happened. Given that the last Apollo mission to the moon’s surface occurred in 1972, think of at what age a person would be too young to remember the moon landings especially considering that the later missions failed to gather the high degree of media hoopla that Apollo 11 to 14 gathered.

The psyche of the conspiracy believer is intriguing. First, the person is subject to undeniable ignorance believing a tremendous lie to be true. Second there are certain attitudinal components, a sense of false intellectual and moral superiority, that this small person has special insights into the truth that all the rest of us simply cannot grasp that we are the fools not them. Beyond that is a certain degree of paranoia that all kinds of forces around them: the government, media, historians, the public at large and the actual participants closest to the subject all conspire together to be able to pull off something as fantastic as being able to fake moon landings or that our government on some level would kill thousands of Americans toward some ideological aim.

While the consequences of silencing such fools is far more dangerous than letting their idiotic ideas out in the mainstream are far more dangerous, the media is guilty of giving these total jerks way too much of an elevated platform to spew their nonsense. Such pronouncements should be dealt with as would other extremists’ beliefs. This isn’t a matter of “we report, you decide.” This is more a matter of if such nonsense is worthy of being reported in the first place, how much scorn and ridicule should be assigned to such fruitcakes and clearly demonstrating entertaining such nonsense can only come from people who have serious character flaws and psychological disorders. Conspiracy thinking is truly pathological and should be reported as such.

How dangerous is it? Consider the case of Holocaust deniers, strident racists who argue the death of over six million Jews in Nazi death camps never happened. In its most extreme application, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Islamic-Fascist dictator and murderer of his own people in Iran, uses such big lies to justify the annihilation of Israel and death to the Jewish people.

Can we speculate that all conspiracy theories at their core embrace a certain kind of intellectual fascism?

For a person to appoint himself the self-perceived guardian of the truth contrary to the collective knowledge of educated people and the clearly established, observable and documentable truth exceeds being misguided. There truly is a fundamental sickness and evil at play.

It’s time to treat these lowly jerks as the cancer on the pursuit of knowledge and truth they truly are.

Letterman's Idiocy: The Fire's Still Burning

It's been a week now since David Letterman revealed his true character joking about a fourteen year old girl being raped by a New York Yankee and joking about a governor looking like a slutty flight attendant.
Thanks to many Americans like you, the furor over Letterman's sick, crude remarks reflective of his left-wing sympathies, remains strong. Demonstrations are planned outside the Ed Sullivan theater tonight and the topic remains hot in the news.
We're mad as hell and we're not going to take it any more mindful that Letterman is only the front man for feelings that run deep in some segments of society who follow his kind of thinking viewing the unqualified laughter at his retched remarks on television and the volume of Internet traffic supporting his inflammatory abuse or criticizing Sarah Palin for not taking her lumps the way they think they should. We know damned well if a conservative commentator slurred a prominent Liberal figure, there would be hell to pay.
David Letterman must pay a price for his conduct. It's time for society to develop a new sense of decency, and this is a good place to start.

More Letterman: New York Lawmaker Urges CBS Fire Letterman

In the big scheme of things how do David Letterman's demented attacks on Sarah Palin and her daughters stack up to other media mishaps and what was the outcome of those events?

First, consider the "wardrobe malfunction" where Janet Jackson exposed her breast in a dance routine with Justin Timberlake during the half time entertainment for Super Bowl XXXVIII. The FCC had specific offenses for which a network could be penalized. Showing the wrong part of the body equals big fine, $550,000. The Supreme Court pushed the appeal back to the 3rd district for final disposition. For just a couple seconds exposure of a boob, a nationwide uproar ensued.

More recently, Don Imus referred to the Rutgers women's basketball team in demeaning racial terms. Here's the April 4, 2007 exchange between Imus and his producer:

IMUS: That's some rough girls from Rutgers. Man, they got tattoos and—
McGUIRK: Some hard-core hos.
IMUS: That's some nappy headed hos. I'm gonna tell you that now, man, that's some—whew. And the girls from Tennessee, they all look cute, you know, so, like—kinda like—I don't know.
McGUIRK: A Spike Lee thing.
IMUS: Yeah.
McGUIRK: The Jigaboos
versus the Wannabes—that movie that he had.

At first Imus faced suspension, but within a week he was terminated both from his syndicated radio show on CBS radio but also from the cable simulcast on MSNBC.

So where would David Letterman's remarks about Alex Rodriguez "knocking up" Willow Palin fall in light of these two well known events? Letterman can make all the excuses he wants about meaning Bristol Palin, the 18 year old not the 14 year old daughter, but the event he referred to was attended by Bristol Palin. So what was that, a daughter identification malfunction?

Joking about a person's daughter getting "knocked up" is dangerous territory but the younger the victim the worse the infraction. What's being lost in this is the slur directed against Alex Rodriguez as the supposed rapist. Rodriguez is Latino of Domincan Republic origins. Could this not be a vicious attempt to stereotype Hispanic men for their image for having a promiscuous over-sexed disposition? Surely the image of a pro baseball player raping a teenage girl is bad enough.

Since there was no explicit visual and Letterman did not say one of those seven George Carlin words, FCC fines are not forthcoming. It's up to CBS to do the right thing. After given the chance to apologize and Letterman turned that opportunity into a self-serving attempt simply to show his contempt that someone would dare make an issue of his behavior, any apology or statement at this point would appear forced and totally lacking sincerity. Clearly, Letterman is taking responsibility for nothing.

CBS will try to weasel out of the controversy but if a public uproar forces their hands, something substantial could happen. Anything short of a lengthy suspension would not serve justice for such disrespect and contempt for the Palin family and Alex Rodriguez.

Those who are disgusted by this incident and feel broadcasting must exhibit a better sense of values must push for Letterman's dismissal. New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb (R) has written CBS urging such action. In a letter to CBS chief, Les Moonves, Kolb argued:

“Firing Mr. Letterman would send a clear message that CBS will not tolerate any of its employees — even an established media figure like Mr. Letterman — making demeaning and degrading comments about women.”

For more details, here's an article on Mr. Kolb's action:

Meanwhile, the media machine and left-wing loonies are pulling the wagons together to stereotype and demean Letterman's critics as if they are the ones who have warped values.

Bring 'em on. We're ready for the fight.

Good Night, Dave

David Letterman’s idiotic, sick, and disgusting conduct on Monday night’s show reveals he is not a lone gunman in the filthy mindset of a typical member of the entertainment industry in 2009, but given how the audience roared in laughter to his disgusting remarks and viewing how many bloggers and columnist are either defending Letterman or scolding Palin for seeming to make a big deal out of the event and not gracefully accepting Letterman’s half-assed apology, there are thousands of others who deserve a tremendous amount of condemnation as well.

Joking about a baseball player raping someone’s daughter is not funny to begin with but it also reflects a degree of sickness that civil humans cannot tolerate. While the remark about the “slutty airline stewardess look” might be within the bounds of acceptable late night comedy, it is also a dreadfully demeaning comment toward women.

Again, where are the women’s advocacy groups on Letterman’s slur? Does anybody know how they would react if it were Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, or Bill O’Reilly saying something much milder about a Hollywood or Democrat prima-donna? The hypocrisy of NOW and such groups is obvious. For them to say they represent women is a sham. They represent a certain kind of woman with a specific agenda. The rest be damned.

Can there ever be an event on television that wakes people up from putting up with the dreadful crap on television and really let the networks and local affiliates feel the full fury of a dissatisfied public? The garbage on television that appeals to ever lower moral character gets more disturbing as the industry aims further below the belt with its intellectual content. Let’s pick Mr. Letterman as the poster child of sleaze TV.

David Letterman’s verbal abuse of Sarah Palin and her daughters is not a situation that’s going to fade away if we can help it. As if his “joke” about Palin’s fourteen year old daughter being “knocked up” by Alex Rodriguez wasn’t bad enough, in the same monologue he also quipped, "The toughest part of her visit was keeping Eliot Spitzer away from her daughter." Then in the top ten list, one list item was: (#7) “Bought makeup at Bloomingdale's to update her slutty flight attendant look,"

Take a look at this video clip. Are these not the words of an angry self-serving jackass?

Let’s get something straight, it was Sarah Palin’s 14 year old daughter, Willow, who accompanied her to the Yankee game in question. He or his writers weren’t paying attention to that were they? Further, is a joke about an 18 year old woman being raped acceptable?

The following night Letterman responded to criticism of his conduct from the night before. His remarks were steaming with sarcasm and at times pitching for laughs from his audience. There was no sign of sincerity or sorrow. If there was any emotion at all, he seemed ticked off that anyone would make a big deal about his feeble attempt at abusive humor.

Letterman's explanation:
We were, as we often do, making jokes about people in the news and we made some jokes about Sarah Palin and her daughter, the 18-year-old girl, who is — her name is Bristol, that’s right, and so, then, now they’re upset with me. These are not jokes made about her 14-year-old daughter. I would never, never make jokes about raping or having sex of any description with a 14-year-old girl. I mean, look at my record. It has never happened. I don’t think it’s funny. I would never think it was funny. I wouldn’t put it in a joke…"

"… Gov. Palin, if you’re watching, I would like you to consider coming to New York City — even Todd — as my guests, or leave Todd at home. I’d love to have you on the show. It’d be exciting. All right, so there, I hope I’ve cleared part of this up. Am I guilty of poor taste? Yes. Did I suggest that it was okay for her 14-year-old daughter to be having promiscuous sex? No."

Take a look at this video clip. Are these not the words of an angry self-serving jackass?
http://www.politico.com/singletitlevideo.html?bcpid=1155201977&bctid=26050113001

While there will be no letting up on David Letterman, there are coconspirators in the case who deserve criticism as well. First, the audience at the Ed Sullivan Theater who boisterously laughed at his abusive comments directed at Palin and her family. Second, is the massive rally around Dave and more piling on Sarah Palin minimizing this whole event to just another night’s week for the washed up angry comic from the entertainment press and even some more substantial news outlets.

The reasoning was that Sarah Palin was in the public eye and tasteless humor goes with the territory. The jabs directed at her daughter were okay because they felt Ms. Palin thrust her daughter, Bristol in to the public eye to preach abstinence, a concept held in absolute scorn in the hedonistic permissive world of the entertainment industry. They continued their apologist stance indicating that clearly Letterman was not aware it was Palin’s 14 year old daughter, Willow in New York with her.

The Letterman episode became another excuse for another Palin Piñata party with sticks flying at the Alaskan governor’s image piling on her for directing her outrage at one of their own.

Rape and abuse of women is not joke material. Both are hateful conduct destroying the lives of thousands of American women nationwide.

David Letterman sired his child out of wedlock. Should we taunt him about knocking up the mother of his son? Should we joke about her reputation, possibly being a “slut” for having sex with a television star as if she were some kind of wild-eyed groupie?

Letterman Leaps Over The Line

The hatred, disrespect, and contempt media figures demonstrate against those who advocate traditional values appears to have no bottom limit. Last week, it was Guy Cimbalo’s rape fantasies directed at ten prominent conservative women. The only thing that seemed odd about this loathsome scum’s pornographic raving was excluding the usual hate victim among conservative women, Sarah Palin.

A new week, a new sicko, but this one ups the anti a little. Sarah Palin’s visit to New York couldn’t go by without passing David Letterman’s notice. One example of his hate missiles aimed at Palin would be within the bounds of normal Letterman garbage, from his "top ten list" about Sarah Palin’s New York visit, he offered for number two on the list:

“(Palin) Bought makeup at Bloomingdales to update her slutty flight attendant look.”

Had viewers tuned in at that stage of the show, they might have just dismissed that as Dave being Dave, but what he offered during his nightly monologue took on the same trashy contemptuous mentality of the despicable rape fantasy in Playboy, target, Sarah Palin and her daughter. Letterman remarked:

One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game during the 7th inning her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez.

Watch it yourself on YouTube, but we’d suggest you keep your fists beyond striking distance of your computer display, as this would surely make any right thinking person furious:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5g8kE_g-YA&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fhotair%2Ecom%2Fgreenroom%2Farchives%2F2009%2F06%2F09%2Fit%2Dmight%2Dnot%2Dbe%2Dthe%2Dbest%2Didea%2Dfor%2Ddavid%2Dletterman%2Dto%2Djoke%2Dabout%2Dunderage%2Dgirls%2Db&feature=player_embedded

While we’d presume most traditional thinkers have tired of Letterman’s nonsense years ago and don’t watch his program, letters of protest are in order directed to CBS, local affiliates, and advertisers indicating Letterman’s attempt to make humor out of a all star baseball player raping a teenaged daughter of a nationally known political figure is unacceptable programming and that Letterman’s conduct demands an appropriate response in return – termination, suspension, public statement from CBS executive apologizing to the public, or any other corrective or disciplinary action Letterman’s enablers could administer. The CBS affiliates in the Chesapeake region are WJZ-TV, channel 13 in Baltimore; WUSA-TV, channel 9 in Washington; and WBOC-TV, channel 16 in Salisbury. Letters should be polite and not contain any threats other than specific things the writer might be prepared to do such as boycotting sponsors’ products.

Surely, little will be made of Letterman’s disgusting remark. Most likely, those left-wingers not appreciating Letterman’s remarks would just right it off as “Dave being Dave.” If there were an issue women’s rights groups should direct their protests, it would be statements so thoroughly demeaning of women that a nationally televised network program would dare present a remark about a New York Yankee portrayed as a rapist of Sarah Palin’s daughter.

How is this not as bad as all the uproar that arose over Janet Jackson’s “wardrobe malfunction?” One was a brief obscene visual lasting only a couple seconds. The other makes rape the object of humor.

We think Letterman’s remarks are more obscene. The passive quick view of a woman’s breast comes up far short than the explicit depiction of a hate driven act of violence aimed at demeaning a woman.

Phil Spector: Da Doo Gone Gone

Phil Spector was sentenced to serve 19 years to life for his second degree murder of struggling actress, Lana Clarkson. The murder conviction carries 15 years to life. Four years are for a weapons charge. Additionally, Spector will pay restitution for funeral and other expenses. At 69 years old, the sentence all but should guarantee life in prison for the fallen mad genius of pop music trading in his famous wall of sound for the walls of California state prison.

In an earlier posting, we chronicled Spector's gigantic influence on pop music, also aspects of his bizarre personality. While the press will no doubt publish this as the personal tragedy of a fallen genius, and all the "how could this happen" grief, our true feelings should be directed to the tragic loss of life and its impact on the Clarkson family.

The loss isn't of Spector's freedom or any possible creative contributions he had left, but the loss of a human life. Somehow, in the celebrity obsessed world of mass media, something that basic, a real moral truth gets lost in the glitter.
